I thought I'd have to return this item as I've had to return the last two of these types of massagers (from different brands) due to improper function. I bought this one on sale for about $30 and I'm very happy with it. I use it every day for several hours and it's still going strong. Once the cloth finally wears out, I'll be giving this brand another try.
