Here’s what you should know, the scooter is not for adults. It’s for children and for riding on smooth surfaces. There are no shocks at all whatsoever. So unless you are riding on completely smooth pavement prepare to have your brain shaking all around inside your skull. Or prepared to bust your butt on the ground. The scooter had a lot of positive reviews and I was super excited to get it so I put the scooter together and threw away the box once I found out there were no shocks and it would not be a good way to commute to work I attempted to return the scooter. They will send you a prepaid label for FedEx that does not include lithium battery certification, so FedEx will not take your return without it. Instead they sent FedEx for freight pick up and they will not accept the scooter without the box. DO NOT throw away the box in case you decide to return. I might’ve gotten away with shipping it using their prepaid label without the proper certification if I at least had the box. However, keep in mind that rules of rules for a reason batteries on fire that is why there’s a need for certification, even for ground transportation I learned this by going through the hassle of trying to return this product. If you were an adult looking for a scooter to commute don’t be cheap. Purchase a scooter appropriate for your needs and make sure that it has a front brake, a disc brake and shocks like the Hiboy S2. Yes it cost more but safety first I hope this review was helpful. Sorry it’s so long.

Easy to commute with this scooter. This electric scooter is of great quality and was easy to set up. The battery life lasts much longer than I expected. The motor is powerful and provides smooth acceleration, even on slopes. The brakes are very responsive and reliable, which protects my safety all day long. I’ve been using this scooter for a couple of weeks, and honestly, it’s been a pleasant surprise. It’s quite fast (I have the 500W version) and has enough power to handle small hills with no problem. The battery lasts longer than I expected, though it depends on the terrain and the rider’s weight. What I really like is how lightweight and easy to fold it is I can store it easily or take it in my car trunk. The app is also handy for checking speed and battery level. As for the brakes, they work really well smooth but reliable. Overall, I think it’s a great option for getting around the city without spending too much. It actually performs better than I expected.
