I’ve been really happy with this WERHY electric scooter so far. It’s smooth, quick, and feels really solid when riding. The motor has plenty of power, and it picks up speed faster than I expected. I also love how easy it is to fold and carry, super convenient for getting in and out of the car. The battery life has been great too. I can ride for a long time before needing to charge it, and the display + app make it easy to check everything. The app features are actually really useful, especially being able to lock the scooter and switch modes. I compared it to my friends scooter and this one is faster and Better. This scooter was surprising me for the price. Setup was super quick, very easy, and it rides really smooth. I couldn’t wait to try it out, and I like how it folds up easy for storage. I’ve had it about a week now and I’m really happy with how solid it feels. It's a good scooter overall. IIt goes at a good speed, not too fast, not too slow. right around 20 mph which is perfect for this type of scooter. The tires feel nice and sturdy, brakes grab good, and the little bell is loud enough. Headlight and brake light both work great too. Everything came packed really clean and organized. The ride feels smooth and comfortable, definitely one of the nicer scooters I’ve had so far. I’m looking forward to riding it more because it’s got decent range and feels like something that’ll last a while. For the price, yo can’t beat it. If you want a solid scooter that’s affordable and doesn’t feel cheap, this is the one. Everything was packed well and arrived very quickly, I really like the tires too. 5 stars.🔥

This scooter is very fast. It will go 19Mph as posted. I wasn’t expecting it to be as fast as it is. It is very convenient to take places the way it folds up so easily and how light it is. I love the appearance of this scooter it is very stylish looking. The battery lasts a very long time. It is built durable and of quality. It was super easy to put together. Learning to use it was really easy. The 3 speed modes make it convenient to operate at the speed you want to go. I really like the digital speed odometer. The light on the front and brake light makes it convenient to ride it at night. The hand brake makes it safe to ride anytime as well. I love the colors. The gray floor really makes this scooter look stylish. I really enjoy riding this scooter. Very much recommend this product to anyone. The Bluetooth connection to my phone was very easy to set up and I love this functionality.

This is the worst product I have ever purchased. My brother bought the same scooter, and it broke in half after only one month of use. At the time, we assumed it was caused by improper use. However, a few weeks ago, the exact same failure happened to my son’s scooter. My son weighs only 70 lbs and was riding normally when the scooter suddenly broke in half in the same location as my brother’s scooter. This leads me to believe there is a serious design or manufacturing defect with this product. The situation became even more frustrating when I attempted to use the extended warranty that I purchased. The warranty was provided through Asurion. I submitted all of the documentation they requested, yet my claim was denied. Their explanation was that I had not provided all of the required documents, despite the fact that I submitted everything they asked for. They then cancelled the claim without giving me a fair opportunity to resolve the issue. Not only is the scooter of extremely poor quality, but the warranty service has been equally disappointing. Fortunately, my son was not seriously injured when the scooter failed. Given that two identical scooters failed in exactly the same way under normal use, I am very concerned that this product presents a safety risk to children. Another problem is that we can't even contact Amazon support because its out of refund status. Don't buy extended warranty especially if its covered by ASURION!!!

I really love this scooter. I spend about $200 in Ubers a month so this thing has already paid for itself. One thing I will point out is the advertised speeds are a bit higher but it’s not really that big of a deal. It also might depend on the weight of the rider. I’m 180 and this scooter goes 16 on normal sidewalks, 18 downhill, and probably around 10 or 11 mph uphill. I can usually get 10 km out of a max charge but that also depends on how you ride. Perfect for getting to work, picking up a few groceries, or just going to a friends house. For the price I don’t really think I have much to actually complain about. If you’re walking everywhere already just buy this. You won’t regret it.
