Terrible bike! The assembly wasnt bad but the handle bars are adjustable with a clamp style and that is what made me wreck the bike. The handle bars slid up and I had to jump off what felt like a unicycle at the time lol. Also if the battery dies it's a pain to pedal. Their scooters are ok but bike not so much ... show more

Good electric bike but the control broke after 2 day company mailed a new one to us we received after 3 weeks of having the bike but after hooking up now the light does not work. Rides well but be prepared to do work on a brand new bike…

I road this bike for all of 2 weeks before it broke. A peace that holds the back tire after only two weeks of driving not very far and only twice a day for 10 days the threading on the peace has completely broken and the chain popped off. I would not recommend this bike. Also when going to the companies actual website you cannot find contact info for them, just an address, no way to get customer support. Super sucks because this was my way to and from school and now I have nothing. Not worth getting if it’s going to break in just a few short weeks. I put the picture of which part is broken, this whole threaded piece that connects the body to the tire with the electric component. Had someone look at it and it is replaceable but how am I supposed to find or get a replacement part when you can’t contact the company directly? So much hassle. ... show more

No introductions to put it together but it was pretty easy minus the front wheel which I still don’t think is adjusted right but it’s worked without issues so far. It’s a budget bike but for the price it’s totally ok. The battery maybe gives you 20 miles not 50 but for under $250 it works fine. I haven’t tried to push the speed yet because 16 mph is fast enough for me but it handles hills surprisingly well. ... show more

If I could give this ebike zero stars I would the first one the control panel went out after my grandson rode it for about 1 maybe 2 hours, I had to go pick him and the bike up it cut off on him So I wrote into the company instead of a refund I did an exchange The new bike came and we had the same issue The control panel went out again sent them another email they apologized said it was an issue with it, they were going to send me a new control panel sent me the new control panel without directions on how to replace the old one it was just a mess I tried to fix it without writing up bad review but I didn't know what else to do The bike my grandson didn't get to enjoy but about give or take 2 hours so please beware there are serious issues with their control panels going out without that the bike is no good You can't ride the bike and I myself was going to put it in the shop because my grandson was so excited to get it and then the disappointment when it didn't work out the 2nd time was terrible So I was going to have it fixed on my own dime but to pay out of pocket mounted to the price that I paid for the bike. So disappointed I will email messages between the seller when I get them in order ... show more
