The first thing I did was removed the lithium ion battery and take it to a recycling center. I put a 36v 18ah lifepo4 battery on it instead, as I don't trust any lion or polymer, 18650s etc. So I got that on there along with a seat to make it comfortable for me. So the distance I get is going to be greater than it would have been originally. I wish scooter makers would all use lifepo4 batteries. Anyway, very smooth ride with great suspension, solid and stable. It will get up and go much better than my previous sigravy scooter which only has 350w motor and 8.5" tires. But these 10" solid tires are wider and have a much better feel on this Werhy H11 pro. I took it out for a spin and reached 33mph. Headlight is brighter, nice tail light and drum brake. Torque and all that stuff can be adjusted in the app. I do plan on getting a few nicer 36v 500-1000w controllers to have around as spares in case the one in it fails. It does seem very small for a 500w motor. But I'm just that way. I like to modify for longevity. The app is the same app many budget scooters use but is fully functional. Good steel frame and chassis, not aluminum. Overall great job Werhy! I will be getting a couple more of these in the future to have around, but might I suggest designing for large lifepo4 batteries instead? I feel like they will last much longer, are much safer, and all the capacity can be used in lifepo4, unlike lithium ion packs.

I've put almost 2000 miles on the 22mph one now after almost a year and a half. It is extremely durable for no reason. Crashed it bunch of times screwing around on it and I came out more hurt than it every time lol. The max miles is around 10 on it going full speed. I've never really driven it in the lower power settings but I wouldn't doubt it'll do around 20 miles on a full charge on the lowest setting. The only thing that broke on it was the back light because I crashed and the fender got cracked. It took a while for the fender to fully break off though and the light to go out. Then just recently the wind knocked over my scooter and the kickstand came off lollll. If you really took care of this thing though it would last forever. Oh yeah, also the suspension needs lubricant because it leaks a lot ngl but there's just a cap on the top of them you take off and can just put chain lubricant in there. It is a little bumpy but it's pretty good at offroading. And it's so good at drifting loll. The tires on mine aren't even balded out or anything either. I did decide to stop drifting it though cause it does bald out the tires. Fun little thing though, very simple to use. Can't get the app to work but that's whatever yk

This is the worst product I have ever purchased. My brother bought the same scooter, and it broke in half after only one month of use. At the time, we assumed it was caused by improper use. However, a few weeks ago, the exact same failure happened to my son’s scooter. My son weighs only 70 lbs and was riding normally when the scooter suddenly broke in half in the same location as my brother’s scooter. This leads me to believe there is a serious design or manufacturing defect with this product. The situation became even more frustrating when I attempted to use the extended warranty that I purchased. The warranty was provided through Asurion. I submitted all of the documentation they requested, yet my claim was denied. Their explanation was that I had not provided all of the required documents, despite the fact that I submitted everything they asked for. They then cancelled the claim without giving me a fair opportunity to resolve the issue. Not only is the scooter of extremely poor quality, but the warranty service has been equally disappointing. Fortunately, my son was not seriously injured when the scooter failed. Given that two identical scooters failed in exactly the same way under normal use, I am very concerned that this product presents a safety risk to children. Another problem is that we can't even contact Amazon support because its out of refund status. Don't buy extended warranty especially if its covered by ASURION!!!

Absolutely amazing product for the money use it for a short work commute and Neighborhood exploration. One warning tho when the battery say 3/5 bars it’s about to die. Goes from 3-0 quick but last about an hour at full speed.

Ordered this for my son in law. Came fully charged and cut his 45-50 minute walk in the heat down to 13 minutes. He’s quite pleased with the quality and it holds a decent speed. Smooth ride, the suspension is great. Perfect size for an adult man. I wouldn’t recommend for kids.

To start off, the brakes on this scooter are very weak. To me, this is the most disappointing and concerning thing about this product. Traveling at full speed and realizing your brakes aren’t strong enough to stop you adequately can easily leave you careening towards an intersection and into traffic. The weak brakes a Very concerning. Otherwise, the battery power seems pretty mediocre. After just a few rides I’ve noticed the scooter’s ability to get up to full speed on a flat road has dropped significantly, and I’m about 160lbs (not pushing the weight design spec at all). After only having it for a few weeks the scooter gets up to 15mph easily, but 22mph is a long struggle and it might not even make it there on a flat road— and that’s in “sport” mode. The different speed settings (eco, drive, sport) really make no difference. Eco is just extra slow. If you live somewhere with any kind of cracks and bumps, I’d say the dual suspension is a bare minimum. Also, the fact that the handlebars can be unscrewed and disconnected makes it very difficult to lock this scooter up securely without it being able to be stolen. Overall, I’m not exactly disappointed in my purchase but I wouldn’t say there’s a whole lot of “bang for your buck” with this one. I got the upgraded model with the dual suspension and it’s really just the bare basics that a scooter should accomplish. Not a whole lot happening for $300.

We had a malfunction within a week of owning this scooter and they just sent us a brand new one without the hassle of boxing the malfunctioned one and dealing with the shipping mess.
