King Size light weight - this works great in my duvet cover - just puffy enough to look great and feel cuddly, however light enough I can now pull my covers back up in the middle of the night without a big struggle. I can tell it is going to be warm enough so- happy! It immediately puffed up as soon as I let it escape from the plastic. Note that it had one of those little silica packs for humidity control so keep an eye out if you have dogs, cats, or little people around. When I opened the plastic covering the duvet immediately began to push out and fill with air. The fabric is so soft, and could easily be used as a comforter, I use it as an insert for a duvet cover. It is airy, lightweight, and at the same time , once I slide under the covers I am never cold. I purchased the all season, very happy with my purchase. I’ve been in search of a duvet comforter for summer months got over a year and finally found this one. I live in south Texas and needed something that was fluffy but not hot. This seems to fit the bill. I will say that we use a portable AC in the room at night but I still get pretty warm with a comforter. Not with this one. I’m one that has always liked the plush duvet’s that I can bunch up around me like a cocoon but can’t do that in the summer months in Texas. This one may not be as fluffy but it’s enough to give that comfort feeling and breathable at the same time. I washed and dried this prior to use and it softened up a bit. I prefer to sleep with 100% cotton against my skin. So sheets, comforter, any blanket has to be 100% cotton, at least the outside. The filling feels like poly, kinda like alternative down, but not as much pile as I hoped. It’s okay though, because I live in the south and the blanket keeps me warm. Otherwise, it’s soft and smooth and looks good. I like to layer with a quilt or blanket over the white comforter. I’m not a fan of duvet covers. ... show more

    • The Worst Comforter Ever! Useless.

DO NOT BUY THIS> I bought this to replace my old one which really just needed to be cleaned and I wanted something in the interim period. I came in a clear plastic bag vacuum sealed so it was shrunk down to a very small size. I ve seen this before and expected that as soon as I opened the bag it would start to expand. It did, but very little. when I got it out ot the bag it was a measly 1/2 inch in thickness. What? I figured ok, maybe I'll just ket set out ofr awhile the inside fill fluffs up to "normal" size. I laid it out on the floow next to my windows to let the hear from the sun warm it up for a few hours. Nothing happened. I stayed as flat and as limp as it was when icame out of the bag. I said ok, maybe this is the wya its supposed to be. The temps had gove down to high forties where I am and the neat in m y building had not kicked in yet . I took off the old fluffy one and replaced it with this with a sheet underneath and fleece blanket on top. It felt limp while i settling in underneath. and it was noticeable not warmer. I waited some time figuring my body would warm the space underneath and the comforter would trap the heat. It did not. I was freezing and finally jumped off the bed, removed and replaced the old. This was worst money I have ever spent. This might work for the spring and summer but for fall and winter forget ti. Worst purchase I have ever made. It's only 1/2 inch thick at best, looks terrible not luxurious, and is pretty much useless as a sleeping comforter, maybe a trow when you ahve clothes on to watch TV but to sleep under for warmth, forget it! ... show more
