It feels great and I can feel my shoulders pulling back a bit. It is very comfortable I ordered a small. I had to add the extender to fit around my chest. This poster corrector overall seems great. The sizing runs very small like others have noted. I am a petite woman at 5 ft. tall and 101 lbs. and the small was way too small for me. Luckily, I ordered a medium when I ordered the small to compare the two and the medium fits me much better.

This is my 3rd posture brace and this one I like. I feel it’s helping with my posture and can wear it fit several hours while working or all day. There is some discomfort around the front underarm area but that’s probably because I have a very physical job and move a lot. I’m petite 5’ . 95 lbs and I ordered a small and I like the fit. I am a 32-34b I ordered the X-Large after trying the smaller sizes. They squished my boobs together so much I felt like a lady from Bridgerton. They also hurt under my arms so much. I was so disappointed.

Gentle "Breathable" Posture Support, not too tight nor loose, just go by the measurement right under the Bust. I wear it all day and it help me to not slouch by supporting the back. I purchased another one in different color and did not shrink after hand washing. I would recommend.

It does help your posture and makes you look perky and youthful then gravity starts creeping back in and then the straps start to curl under and pinch. I got a large so I would probably get a bigger size. But then you may not get the same results. I will let you know. Okay I ordered the extra large and it fits much better.
