  • Perfect Fit on Bauer (Harbor Freight) Chuck
These jaws bolt up perfectly to the Harbor Freight Bauer chuck. The holes and the alignment groove are a perfect match. Not only that, the rubber pins use the same size hex key as the Bauer mounting screws, so you won’t need an extra tool laying nearby. The jaws are sturdy, nicely machined, and do open up to a full 8” between pins. This is a good buy for anyone looking to turn bowls or needing to grip anything else with a similar large shape. ... show more

  • Does the job, but needs adjustment: wholes are smaller than WEN screws
I use the WEN jaws with a WEN chuck. Pro's: Do the job well. Two sets of plastic-coated pins are convenient for projects of different size. Con's: (1) The wholes that are used to fix the jaws on the chuck are too small for the screws that are used with the chuck -- had to enlarge them. (2) The depression for the head of the screws to hide them below the surface, are also smaller and shallower -- need to be enlarged. (The screws are M6x12mm and are a bit short otherwise.) (3) It is desirable to blunt the edges of the jaws, as they are a bit sharp and can cut your hands. ... show more

  • Still well worth purchasing.
I don't think I have ever written a review until now. No big deal. I'm not much of a talker and most of the time you get what you pay for. This item was money well spent. I made a nice bowl as soon could use it, but... the 8 holes used to attach the 4pcs to the chuck were too small for the screws in my chuck. 2 holes in each pc I had to make bigger and then counter sink. 16 total drillings. I had the tools and know how and they were ready to use in about 20 minutes. I didn't mind, chuck jaws worked perfectly and in grateful for the good deal. Most things I buy on Amazon are good deals. Thank you. ... show more

  • Fits the Harbor Freight chuck
Good quality I have been using for 6 months doing segmented vessels with no problems and it does fit the chuck that Harbor Freight sells

  • Works after tweaking it
The mounting holes were too small for the screws that came with my chuck. I saw other reviews saying the same thing, but figured I could work with it. I used a drill bit that was the same size as the screws to widen the holes. Then come to find out that screws weren't even long enough, so a trip to the hardware store was in order. If you order this, know it's a good product, but you'll require a drill bit and an extra set of screws just to make it usable with your chuck. ... show more

  • Doesn’t fit on wen chuck
It doesn’t fit on a wen chuck, the screw holes are too small. I find it ridiculous that two hand in hand products from the same company doesn’t fit

  • You will have to modify mounting holez
Would have give it a five star only issue I had with it was the holes to mount on the chuck was to small drilled them out and worked ok on a harbor freight central machinery T34706 lathe
