    • A LOT of work, but worth it!

The Wellmet 57" Crystal Chandelier is a LOT of work to install... but mine turned out looking amazing. I am a large man with a lot of tools and managed to install it by myself, however I do NOT recommend doing this alone. First, unwrap and check ALL of the crystals (there are a lot of them) for damage and count them to make sure you have enough unbroken ones to match the holes in the frame (there is an inside AND outside frame). I recommend using two ladders as the entire thing is heavy and unwieldy to get attached to the ceiling. Also, consider putting down some thick blankets in case you accidentally drop a crystal it doesn't shatter on your floor. After you attach the frame... then comes the arduous task of attaching all of the crystals. I had to divide the crystal attaching to a second day because working overhead on such tiny objects made my neck and back sore.... especially since I was doing everything by myself. I also installed a Leviton SureSlide Dimmer Switch to adjust how bright it is. There is no need for a third wire as the light converts to DC power (just two wires and a ground). I suspect hiring a contractor who is paid by the hour would add significantly to the overall price... because this light requires patience and attention to detail to install correctly. In the end, the light looks amazing over our dinner table and I highly recommend it. (I took a video but Amazon won't allow me to include it with this review. If I can figure out how to upload it, I'll attach it later.) ... show more

    • WOW, STUNNING!
The media could not be loaded. What a STUNNING light! We purchased the 57" Smoke Grey. The quality is top notch and pretty simple to assemble, although I will say this takes TIME (took us about 4 hours). We used two ladders to hang it and absolutely a two-person job. This light really transformed the space! I like how they included white gloves to avoid fingerprints on the crystals. Everything was wrapped with care, although there was a small scratch on the base everything else looks great. The seller included 4 extra crystals and extra hooks to hang the crystals. We cut the chain links down to 19 links, which sets it at 35" from the top of the Dining table to the bottom of the crystals (9' ceilings). We paired it with warm light bulbs which gives it a cozy feel. Highly recommend!!!! ... show more

    • Stunning Chandelier with Minor Issue
The media could not be loaded. This crystal chandelier is absolutely beautiful and adds an elegant touch to my space. It looks even better in person and really elevates the room. Installation was straightforward, and overall quality is great. The only downside is that two of the crystals arrived broken but extra crystals came along with the package and I replaced them. However, everything else was well-packaged. Despite this small issue, I’m still happy with the purchase and would recommend it. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. First I must mention that this is not a quick chandelier to put up. Plan to spend a 2-3 hours min. We have an angled ceiling, so it took a bit more time to level the frame and connect the wires. You must have two people to set this up and patience. With all that said, I have to share I am in love with this chandelier it is worth the few hours or work. Helpful tip, do not hang the crystals until you have the chandelier connected to the ceiling. The crystals are excellent quality no chips and they provided for extra crystals which was a nice gesture. I am pleased with this chandelier purchase. ... show more
