This is a great warm jacket even without a battery, but its amazingly warm during cold spells. I bought it for my winter travel through Europe and it did not disappoint. Its has a very modern style that will look good on most people. The length is just right under my "derrière". Its also true to size and very comfortable. My wife honestly didn’t expect to love this heated jacket as much as she do, but it surprised her in the best way. The heating zones warm up super fast and actually stay hot, not just slightly warm like other ones she has tried before. The 16000mAh battery pack it comes with is amazing too it lasts for hours, even when she keep it on the highest setting. She's worn this jacket on cold morning walks, running errands, and even to a late night game, and she stayed warm the entire time. It’s comfortable, not bulky at all, and the hoodie style makes it look really good with pretty much anything. The material feels solid and the battery fits in the pocket without being heavy or annoying. The button to control the heat is also really easy to use, which I appreciate. If you get cold easily or you just want to survive winter without stacking a bunch of layers, this jacket is honestly a lifesaver. Definitely a full five stars from me.

I bought this jacket for my wife as a Christmas gift, but for some reason, I gave it to her earlier than expected. I’m glad I did, though. It wasn’t what I had hoped for. I followed the instructions carefully: I held the button for three seconds after plugging in the battery pack, but it didn’t turn on. The jacket string was also coming off. It was clearly made cheaply, and I wasn’t impressed. I had read positive reviews and assumed this would be a good product, but it wasn’t. I’m disappointed.
