I ordered this welder to learn how to stick weld and I would say it is pretty good for that. It is very lightweight and portable. It comes with its own hard case, which is a huge plus in my opinion. It also comes with everything shown (gloves, 20 sticks, carry strap, hammer/brush, grounding clamp and stick clamp). While this is a complete kit, the accessories are definitely on the "economic" side of quality. The gloves work well, but have some stitching issues on the inside. The hammer/brush is very lightweight and cheap, but works ok for what it is (this will be the first thing I upgrade). It also comes with an instruction manual, which is decent but I feel could be more instructional with how to adjust the settings on the welder. Internet searches and trial and error fill in the gaps though. As far as the functionality, it works as intended. I cannot speak to the quality of the included sticks since this is my first time welding with a stick welder. Also, they are 6013 but mine have a marking (J422) from a different system, but research revealed that they are the same. It can lay down some decent beads (even though my skills are elementary at best) and I am sure they will look better as I get in more practice. For under $100, is is really difficult to fault this little guy. I think it is perfect for learning how to weld and for smaller, hobby projects. If that describes you, or someone you know, I would 100% recommend this.

This is the stick welder with the best screen display I have ever used. The screen shows a lot of information, not just the current size, but also the welding quality is very good, and it is very cost-effective
