What did i buy it for - i got it to weld a bed frame metal, this was the support bar for a children's bed. I wanted to try this at home, so i got it, WHAT I DID NOT REALIZE AT THAT TIME IS THAT ITS MADE OF VERY VERY CHEAP PARTS, HOW DID THAT AFFECT ME The Kit is complete in the sense it has - Cheap Welding rods( half of them do not work) and welding gun to weld, document to show how to but is HORRIBLE, IF YOU ARE NOT SOMEONE WHO HAS DONE IT BEFORE THEN I RECOMMEND YOU DONT TRY IT. it also has glasses for eye protection and gloves - however these are the very very CHEAP PLASTIC AND IT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE TO USE THEM. ISSUES I FACED 1. The Welder wont start, it will spark but wont start welding, so as i read up, tried to play with temperatures - AT THE temperature it starts to weld, its too too HOT for welding steel tubes so it ended up melting it. 2. I was able to create weld spots by tapping it, this is extremely painful, because it creates welds that DONT STAY. 3. I wanted to discount that these were bad welding sticks so bought a new box from Home Depot and tried those- NEW PROBLEM - they needed higher temp but worked a bit better BUT - the welder STOPPED WORKING, TURNS OUT THIS IS DUE TO IT OVERHEATING. IT TOOK ME 4 DAYS OF CREATING WELDING SPOTS AS AFTER A WHILE EYES STARTED HURTING AND I DID NOT KNOW WHY. The Spot or dot welds ended up making holes in the pipe which caused the weld to fail in a couple of days. THE WELDER - RETURNED IT - THANK YOU AMAZON. THE ISSUE - TURNS OUT THE PROTECTIVE GLASS IN THE CASE IS TOTALLY USELESS, AS YOU CANNOT SEE WHAT YOU ARE DOING WITH IT AND THIS ENDED UP CAUSING ME RETINAL BURN- EYE CARE COST AND ..ALL. Summary - Financial - purchase & return - cost - 0$ Extra Welding Sticks - $7. DID IT WORK - NO ADDITIONAL DAMAGE REPAIR - I had to eyes checked as i was seeing lights when trying to sleep. Doctor advised it was due to bad welding glasses and had to buy new glasses and i still occasionally see a red spot when focusing at very close range the doctor said it might go away in some time. Usually body heals from this pretty soon, but seems to be taking longer for me . Is this product good - will let you decide based on my experience.

I love that it comes with all the accessories in one first and foremost and definitely can’t beat the price!. It works very well. I bought this because I constantly work on my car and it does it’s job by cutting the metal pieces.
