I got say, this has been a tough welding helmet. I have put this through some abuse and it wasn't let me down. I thought it was toast last winter it was left outside as if to catch enough of the snow as it could, 2 days until i could get it and it was wet snow which froze. But I let it dry and it worked as good as new. The adjustment was easy to my head has been good, was hoping I could find the user manual cuz I believe the little battery is low. I probably have the manual somewhere and it was lowest price. My eyes, have suffered so much over their 65 year, but are very thankful. I don't have to adjust, easy to use. ... show more

I bought this hood about a month ago and it worked great for the 1st month. However I work at a company that requires me to flip hood off and on so after a month of use, one of the straps broke and now can’t be used. In this case it’s a decent hood but you get what you pay for
