My 16 year old uses this 3 hours a day at welding school. He had no complaints in fit,form, it function. The teacher likes it, said it has all the qualities you need in a good helmet. It's been 6 months now and not a single problem. The adjustment on the head stays tight, the screen performs great, it's not too heavy. Now here's e cool thing, his classmates have Lincoln and other big names which I'm glad to compare. The kids with the big name helmets like his all the more. The teacher has used this helmet as an example to other students to show what do look for. I got the solar, big screen, round face shield, true color Incase this shows up under a different helmet. One full school year later and this helmet continues to impress. New school year started last week and I had no need to look for a new helmet. My son is completely satisfied with this. No issues or trouble of any kind.

This hood is amazing I used it for all four years of high school welding and still use it now when I have any welding jobs although my head is some what small it didn’t fit when I had shaved my head before I had a man bun and it fit perfectly it was quick to adjust very easy to use fast reacting auto dark very durable and works wonders!

I love this helmet. It does everything I need it too and it has held up very well. Only complaint I would have is the headgear is not very comfortable after continuous use, but for the money and as a helmet that gets used fairly often, I highly recommend it.

I bought this helmet expecting very high quality as promised with the amount of reviews and sales, unfortunately i got the exact opposite. As soon as I received the helmet not only did it just straight up NOT WORK, but one of the adjustment knobs on the side was broken and kept falling off. And yes I tried changing the batteries and watching reviews and even reaching out for help, all for nothing. Won’t be purchasing from this company again, especially after waiting a week for something as essential as a helmet when it comes to welding.

I like that you can get replacement outer and inner shields. Lightweight, full large view with the side views. Grinding, cutting work great and easy switch. Perfect for torch work then prep work grinding then weld it all out with one hood. Tekware hoods are garbage compared to these hoods.
