The media could not be loaded. This is just perfect to relax in the evening in or really anytime. Would definitely buy again. Was excited at first to try this out. When it got here I followed the instructions and places the filter and hoses where it was indicated, removed all the caps and filled it up. After it was full to the top fill line I turned it on only to have it throw this E5 error code and shut down. Since I didn't plug it straight into the wall I thought maybe my extension cord was too small gadge so I went and bought a larger one. Came home plugged it in and same thing. I contacted Wejoy and they were unable to tell me what was going on with and even provided all the photos. They stated they would send a new one or they would send a return label and I would have to pay shipping. I chose to return it and try another product, well I went to ship it and the UPS store stated it would be $1400 to return it! I contacted Amazon and explained what was going on and lucky enough I got someone cool and they stated just keep it and they will refund. Needless to say it is now in the dumpster at the ups store. ... show more

Received with holes in the spa. Tarp was ripped. Their “repair” kit is a joke and doesn’t work. I tried flex seal and it worked. Tried to heat the pool. Doesn’t work. It’s the worst purchase I’ve h ever made on Amazon. Don’t buy this product. When I went to their customer service they didn’t even recommend using their own repair kit. They only offered a 10% refund. Why not I don’t know, Replace the part that was received broken. ... show more
