Great battery so far. It’s being used as an external battery for a ventilator while out and about and for emergency power for the patient. He can’t initiate breaths on his own so it’s essential for him to have power for the ventilator. The medical supply company only gives you a small 35ah battery that only last about 8-9 hours. If you want an optional bigger higher AH battery you have to purchase it on your own. This battery should last a full 24 hours before it needs a recharge that’s plenty of power for going out in the community and in the event we have a power outage and need backup power. It came well packaged and about 65% charged. The battery took a charge well and held its voltage after. I bought a group 29-31 battery box but I think I could’ve gotten away with a group 27 battery box however I’m not certain of that. We haven’t used it a ton yet but so far so good I ran the ventilator on the battery for over an hour and no issues and the battery provides stable voltage. I’ll update further if I have a reason to.

I'm two years into using this battery. Actually two of them, connected together, in our small travel trailer. So far the results are great and I have had zero issues. Also, I did contact the company with questions about how to set my solar controller and they responded very quickly.

Pretty fast delivery. Heavy battery, but.....its a deep cycle long lasting battery. Whaddya expect. Had one before for my boat, and lasted for five years! Pretty good life I'd say! Definitely buy again.

I ordered the WEIZE 12V 35AH Deep Cycle Battery set (2-pack) for a family member’s Hoveround MPV5, and I am very happy with the purchase. Before buying, I had a few questions and reached out to the seller — they responded the very next day, which was great customer service! The product arrived on time, and the quality is exactly as described. I received the order, installed the batteries within a few days, and everything worked perfectly. After fully charging, the batteries held their charge very well, and the Hoveround runs great now. Excellent product and service! If needed in the future, I will definitely buy from WEIZE again. The battery was not operative after two weeks and when I requested a return they approved provided I bore the return postage cost of a battery weighing > 50 lbs.....1 star review. (I had bought a battery previously from the same vendor about 6 months ago and that became non operative after 6 months and outside the window of return but well below the life of a normal sulfuric acid battery) Well they reached out to me offering to help and after asking for a photographic evidence of a voltage measurement using a multimeter they approved a full return w/o having to return the battery.....5 star review (Good customer service, appreciated). (Though I will have to bear the cost of recycling= $13.00) - minus 1 star.

I received the order and put them the Jazzy mobile wheelchair. After charging for 14 hours unplugged and there was no charge. The wheelchair light would only turn on if plugged in. I submitted a request to return and followed the instructions that were provided by Amazon. UPS wanted $130 to ship the product back. The seller had instructions that if shipping costs more than $30 to call a phone number for other instructions. I called the number and was originally sent to voice mail. They called me back within 30 minutes and I gave them the order number and they told me that they would contact me with instructions within 24 hours on how to be refunded. They contacted within 48 via text and then email. They asked me to check the voltage with a meter and to submit to them the amps that the charger on the wheelchair produce. They wanted a picture of the voltage check. I check the voltage and sent them a picture of what they had requested. A couple days past and then they asked me to perform more tests and submit those pictures to them. Bottom line don't hassle with buying from this seller. You will get the run around and who know if you will be refunded the amount of the purchase.
