Description

Tired of cheap Dog Door Bell? Tired of poor quality of dog bell? Ding Dong! … Forget the scratching, barking, and whining! Easily teach your dog to ring the wireless Smart Bell to communicate potty time. It's the premier solution to all of your dog potty training problems. As a bonus all of your friends and family will be AMAZED at your dog! Read more Read more Read more How to train your dog? Step 1 The first step is to hold the bell close to your puppy’s nose. Once the puppy touches the bell, say “yes!” and give the puppy a treat. If needed, you can encourage the puppy to touch the bell by holding a treat behind it or dabbing some peanut butter on the bell. Repeat until your puppy readily touches the bell with his nose, always giving lots of praise and a treat. When he confidently touches the bell as soon as you present it, add a word such as “touch” or “bell.” Start to hold the bell a little farther away, so the puppy has to make a few steps to touch it. Step 2 Once your puppy has learned to touch the bell on cue, use 3M double-sided tape to stick it on the door or wall where you would like for your puppy to go out. Encourage your puppy to touch the bell, and as soon as he does, say “yes!” and treat. Repeat until your puppy readily touches the bell when you give him the cue. Reward him and give him very enthusiastic praise! Note: Some dogs will pick up these steps more quickly than others. It may take a few hours, a few days or even a few weeks depending on your pup. tep 3 Step three is teaching your puppy to ring the bell at the right time. Approach the door with your puppy, point to the bell, and say your cue, “touch” or “bell.” The moment he touches the bell, say “yes!,” open the door, and take him outside. With repetition, your puppy will learn that when he touches the bell, you will open the door. If your puppy begins to ring the bell just to go outside to play, you need to teach him that ringing the bell is only about potty time. When he rings the bell, clip on his leash, and take him to the place where you want him to eliminate. Give him a few minutes, and if he does his business, praise and give him a treat. If he does not, take him right back inside. Over time, your dog will learn that ringing the bells means the door will open and they can go outside to relieve themselves! Music to Your Ears The huge selection of 52 tunes ensures you will be able to find something you like. In addition, the built-in 40 mm stereo speaker delivers clear and well-balanced sound up to 115 dB, ideal for helping even senior citizens notice when someone rings the bell. Ultra-Long Wireless Range Wireless Doorbell Kit supports a connection range of up to 950 feet. With the ultra-long wireless range and strong signal penetration, the doorbell can be freely used in large areas like homes, garden, villa and more. IP55 Waterproof Mother Nature can be fierce. In order to withstand whatever the elements may throw at it, the transmitter has a high waterproof rating of IP55. Even heavy rain will not interrupt the operation of the robust transmitter while stationed outside. LED Indicator The blue LED indicator on the receiver flashes when the transmitter is pressed and a signal is received. Mute the doorbell if a ringtone is not desired and get notified visually by the LED instead. This feature is also helpful for those with a severe hearing impairment. Read more

  • Awesome Doggy Doorbell!!
Color: 1 Receiver 2 Transmitters
The media could not be loaded. This was super easy to install. I stuck one transmitter inside on the door frame on the back door, and the other right outside the back door. This doorbell doesn't take a lot to get it to ring. I thought it might be too hard for my puppy to trigger with her nose, but the bell is sensitive to a light touch. It doesn't take a hard press or a click. It also solves the problems we've had with other dogs barking or scratching. Our older dog is well trained to bark, but we can't always hear him upstairs. I tested the system, and we can not only hear it from anywhere in our two story house (and it wasn't even on the loudest setting!), but you can also trigger the chime from anywhere too! It saves our door from being torn up, either from a dog who scratches, or those bells that hang and bounce against your door. ... show more

  • use peanut butter
Color: 1 Receiver 2 Transmitters
My pup wasn't getting what I was wanting him to do with the command touch. he was trying to touch my hand and was hitting all around but not the button. finally got the idea to smear a bit of peanut butter on the bell when he wasn't looking. After wandering around the door he smelled it and then licked the door bell to get the treat - it immediately rang. at first he was a bit startled but I immediately got up and said yes! let's go potty and he got all excited waiting for his leash. He now has the concept after doing this twice with peanut butter. He hit the bell about 10 times after going out and coming in. I don't care at this point he is doing it whether he needs to potty or not I just want him to connect the bell with communicating to me he wants to go outside. I placed the bell on my back door that is in my laundry room which has an interior door to close off. Which I have done now since we have gone in and out several times and I know he doesn't need to potty. I will open the door to give him access when he has been free for an hour or so or after he eats and I know he will need to go pretty quick. when he potties he gets high value treats - when he doesn't we just go out - I give the command potty - if nothing we go immediately back in, no play noe walk around, and no treats when we come in. He will eventually learn this is for potty only when he sees he only gets the treat for actually doing his business. Walks and Play time I initiate and don't have him ring the bell at all so he should make that connection with time. Thanks for making a really great product :) ... show more

  • Perfect
Color: 1 Receiver 1 Transmitter
The media could not be loaded. Took about 10 minutes to train our frenchie! We used to use standard bells that were hung from the doorknob (which worked great for our 65 lb dog that we had prior) but he can’t hit them loud enough and ended up just eliminating in front of the door. I was about to lose my mind! Very impressed. Less than a minute from unboxing to installation. Love that you can control the volume. 10/10 ... show more

  • Works well
Color: 1 Receiver 2 Transmitters
The media could not be loaded. I have a now 10 month old Frenchie that it has been a challenge to potty train, so thought adding a door bell for him might be helpful. He learned within the first day that hitting the button with his paw or nose will result in me running over to open the door and/or give him a treat. (Not sure if he totally understands the reason should be to go out and per/poop vs run around like a crazy man chasing after leaves). If the door is not opened immediately, he will press the button again, and again, and again... as other reviewers have mentioned, while there are a ton of rings/chimes to choose from, they are almost all what you would expect for a house doorbell, not specifically pet related. I expect the actual electronics were just repackaged in a paw-friendly button instead of being designed for pets ground up. ... show more

  • Changing batteries can damage wall/door surfaces as well as the product
Color: 1 Receiver 2 Transmitters
There are no instructions for how to remove the adhesive without damaging my wall or the transmitter. This is especially frustrating because the transmitter must be removed from the wall in order to replace the batteries. I bought this product to potty train my dogs, which works, but I do not want to damage my walls by changing the batteries. This is disappointing. ... show more

  • Great for even tiny dogs
Color: 1 Receiver 2 Transmitters
Really like the compactness of both transmitter and receiver. As per the suggestion of another review, have affixed the transmitter to an old piece of tile so it will be portable. They send plenty of double sided tape so I will be able to move it to a smaller tile after she’s gotten used to it. Have only been working with it for four days and my dog has taken to triggering the bell. It only takes a very light touch to trigger the bell, so any size dog could use it. ... show more

  • Works until it doesn’t
Color: 1 Receiver 2 Transmitters
I don’t know. I like this in theory. My 10 week older puppy picked up touch really quickly. But after only a couple weeks of using it sparingly the sensitively of it is awful. It was better at first but now he basically has to punch it with his nose. It’s particularly frustrating because he’s just a little guy and trying so hard and he hits and hits it so he gets a treat but it doesn’t go off. This was sort of an expensive purchase compared to the bells but now I am sort of wishing we got the bells because there is no room for them not to work mechanically ... show more
