The media could not be loaded. Pros: - comes with useful attachments for the carpet and right areas - comes with a bottle of cleaning solution - instructions are clear and easy to follow - designed has a place to wrap the tube - cord is pretty long - self cleaning tool works and is handy - does have decent cleaning power for surface stains. I can see it working in the dirty water tank - has a handle to carry around - cord has a wrap to help keep it organized Cons: - the clean water tank leaks a if you don’t cup the bottom. It also tends to leave a pool of water in the bottom housing so I had to suck it out using the nozzle - the water tanks are not indented or shaped in a way to make pulling out easy so you have to grip the entire tank and gently yank it up. - I tend to accidentally pull off the covers. It’s a bit awkward. - the water tanks feel a bit thin. I accidentally dropped it from a short height but luckily it was still ok but i don’t think it will survive the next fall - suction is not very strong. Medium suction at best - where the water squirts out is too far from the suction attachment so it sets the area always below the suction - loud like a vacuum - no place to store the attachments, I’ll prob just put inside the tanks - not for deep cleaning - will be better to have cord retract

It's ok I guess I tested it on a small piece of carpet, got dirt out but not much. I will try to get better carpet cleaner to see if that's the problem but overall ok .
