While a bit expensive at MSRP price, it is worth it if it is used often. I live in a rural area, and this enhances my safety if I was to get stranded if my car breaks down. It only works if there is a signal to boost. It does not work in completely dead spots. However, it will turn one bar into something usable. I bought this because I was working in an area where I didn't have good cell service, I put it in my truck and when it was on I had no service at all. when I unplug it I had one bar, after about a mouth it just stopped working all together, I've tried plugging it in in deferent trucks and it won't even turn on, total wast of money ... show more

    • Another new connector that it's near impossible to find adapters for.
I intended to use this with a different antenna than came with it, turns out that Wilson changed to a SMB push on jack, of course they don't sell an adapter that I can find. What was wrong with the threaded on SMA's that have been on Wilson products for years?

I was using the WeBoost Drive M-4g for years, ever since 2015. It worked great with my old phone, the Galaxy S9+, but not as good with my newer phone, the Galaxy S22 Ultra due to different bands. It also didn't work well with the 4g AT&T hotspot built into my car. Since I was able to get this one on sale as a refurb with a 1 year warranty then buy the extended Asurion warranty that gave me a better warranty than these have new, and on top of that it works well with my S22 Ultra and with the hotspot in my 2020 Equinox! You need one of these if you run rural like I do. ... show more

I really like this device I run a mobile business so a cellphone signal is a must the only thing I wish is they would offer a mid of the road antana I feel the rv antana is to big but this antana is much to small something in-between mabie double this outdoor antenna but magnetic mounted would be a perfect trade-off for me personally but it works well enough as it is ... show more

Bought the refurbished one for 100 less with smaller magnetic attenae which is working fine for me. Took one star off because it didn't come with any mounting plate so I just set it on the floor behind drivers seat. Then I gave the star back for cable lengths which I used every inch of in my Sprinter van. Made in Utah too! ... show more
