See the cooking temperature at a glance with a digital thermometer that’s easy-to-read day and night. The cast-aluminum cook box stands up to the elements and prevents rusting and peeling for a durable outdoor grill that is built to last. Stainless steel Flavorizer Bars catch and vaporize juices, boosting grilled flavor and funneling grease away from the burners to prevent flare-ups. The grill's grease management system has a large drip pan and removable grease tray that slides out for quick and easy cleaning and maintenance. Also included is a cabinet with a door to hide your propane tank and grilling accessories. I have put together many items over the years and I am pretty handy at it. This grill is amazingly well packaged and the instructions are easy to follow. First off the box protects the grill and each piece inside of the box is also well protected. Weber must have spent a lot of time and thought into packaging and they succeeded. The grill itself is well made and of high quality. Since the nuts are permanently attached to the pieces you only need to set and tighten the screws. No two-handed operation holding the nut with one hand while the other has the screwdriver. It took me about 90 minutes to assemble, and I had no missteps along the way. After extensive research prior to purchase we chose the EP-425. We are LOVING our new grill. I felt we did not need the extra burner which is why I opted for the 425 vs the 435. I was EXTREMELY hesitant at the idea of having to self assemble but was shocked at how easy it was! My husband and I worked as a team and got it assembled in about an hour. Works perfectly, looks sleek, and feels well built. The wheels are an added bonus that make movement and storage so much easier. As a first time grilled we started ambitious with a whole chicken and it came out so tender and juicy! Size looks great and the second night I did two pounds of beef fajita meat and two large corn on the cobs with lots of room to spare. ... show more

What a great grill. Love the digital thermostat and the automatic ignition. I will never buy another brand. Hate to be critical but the delivery was supposed to be October 3rd and arrived on September 26th. Usually, a nice problem to have except we were out of town, and it sat against the garage door for two days. Why did you pick this product vs others?: The item arrived, but three of the parts were damaged (bent) in shipping - a door, a side piece, and a base piece. The bending presented assembly. It is important to note that Weber (the company) was fantastic. We called customer service, successfully was able to connect to a real person fairly quickly, and the company representative was extremely helpful. He arranged to have replacement parts sent once he saw images of the bent parts. They arrived within a week (no further charges or hassles). We completed assembly of the grill and have used it several times. So far, it is working very well. ... show more

I love this grill. The price range is a tad pricey but it worth the cost. If you are on the fence or you don't know quite sure if you wanna spend that on a grill but I will tell you get one.

The packaging on this piece was done exceptionally well. Plenty of cardboard protection and the unit arrived without damage. However, in assembly two pieces were discovered to be damaged. The base unit had a kink in its front flange and one of the front left leg of the right side panel had a kink in it. In my opinion this must have shipped this way from the packager, as I said there was no damage to the package and the packaging was very well designed. Quality control at the packaging facility should be reviewed. I resolved both issues with sheet metal seamers. The other issue is with the hardware provided and the assembly instructions. In step #14, one of the cotter pins was missing. In step 17 , the instructions call for two item “A” bolts. This is an error as the holes were tapped for size “B” bolts, which there weren’t enough of. One of the brackets shown in step 17 was clearly over torqued at the factory and was badly distorted to the point where I didn’t even try to get a bolt through it. Page 5 of the assembly instructions shows images of all the hardware. However, there is no description of each piece. Add the diameter, threads count per unit length, and the length of each of the three bolts. It would make assembly easier to know the fasteners are metric , especially since enough weren’t provided. The one extra A bolt (out of 25 required) is kind of a joke. How about an extra B and C bolt?? We used the grill once since assembly and it works well and has some nice features. No complaints about the quality of the design, just need more QC at the factory! ... show more
