Update: I will say that customer service was very punctual and was helpful in resolving this problem. They were going to send a replacement arm, but said it would take too long, so after a few days of back and forth with them they decided to send a whole new chandelier. I finally have it hung and it looks great. Not super thrilled with this purchase… when tightening the arms of the chandelier this arm’s bolt broke off, making it impossible to connect it to the base.. that being said, I obviously haven’t even been able to hang it yet or finish assembly. Have contacted seller for a replacement arm, so will update review when I actually get to hang it. So far, this review is based solely on a broken part. Poor craftsmanship. I was so excited to hang it tonight… now I’ll have to wait for however long it takes them to send me a new part. ... show more

Elegant lighting fixture and perfect to bring a room together. It arrived well packaged and easy to assemble. It was fairly easy to install. The materials feel like great quality, but it’s not heavy, which is good. The only thing I would like to point out is that the golden sheaths under the bulbs do not fit snug into their place, so they make a rattling noise whenever the fixture is moved. ... show more

Easy to set up and quality nice for the price. I have 14 ft ceilings and needed to add a hook to get the fixture centered. The cord was long enough but needed longer chain. If you have high ceilings make sure to get extra chain
