Style: Yasugi Stainless Steel Twig Scissors
Excellent quality, razor sharp. They have a nice balanced feel in the hand. Purchased these for cutting off old flower stalks from my orchid plants, and anything else that might need to be cut from them. Like cleaning up roots on a repotting. I feel I have average size hand for a female, and I can say that opening these up fully will be difficult for me because my hand doesn’t open far enough to comfortably open scissors fully. I can see that they will be very good for precision work and the long length will work well getting into small areas that need cutting. really just want to use the front edge and maybe middle of the blades which works well for precision work. The cut they gave us very smooth and clean the razor sharp edge cuts through without any effort. They come in a nice box that would be nice for gift giving. And with a small see-through plastic cover to put on the blade when you’re not using them, the plastic cover is not really worth mentioning, honestly for the price I think little bit more could’ve put into the protective cover. The covers loose fitting and easily slips off. All in all the scissors themselves are excellent quality. And will work extremely well for precision work. ... show more
