One of the best purchasing decisions I've made for my network. I live in a very rural area with a single Internet provider as an option that offers about 50mbps at $80/month. With the T-Mobile 5G modem, I was getting about 6mbps on a very poor quality signal. Adding the antenna to the modem, I'm now able to get 160mbps and a strong signal with no dropouts! I've had some of the best customer service experience with Waveform as soon as I purchased. They got in touch with me to get my into and do a site assessment (for free) and went me a Google Earth view of the house along with the best mounting positions for the antenna and where the nearest T-Mobile 5G towers were to my location. I reached out over a year later for another evaluation and they sent it right over adjusted to account for any new towers in the area. I've recommended the antenna from this company to all of my neighbors in the area and I'm starting to see them go up around the place now!

tl;dr - very well engineered and thoroughly thought-out product. It can help you a lot if you really need it, and even help some otherwise. I opted for the "complete kit" which included 40 feet worth of cabling and a window adapter. The product itself comes very well packaged and protected. Cable ends and any exposed bolts on the mount are covered with soft rubber "nibs" (?). Boxes and packages are well labeled. Documentation is very good, meaningful pictures and diagrams included. The hardware that comes for mounting is excellent, they ship multiple sizes of wall anchors and there is an extra or two for most bolts. They even provide wrenches, real ones - the 10 mm wrench has an open end and flexible socket end (which I could have used last week when replacing a car battery in our Honda). There are multiple sizes of wall anchors for mounting. The cable itself is well-insulated and the weatherproofing boots are solid (much better than the ones I got with some home cameras I bought). I'm guessing Waveform really, really does not want me to return the product. And the way they accomplished that was to make sure I had just about everything I needed to pull off a successful install. Ok, so... does it work? Yes! I live in North Texas and my house has a bunch of trees around it, which is awesome for shade, not so much for raking and cellular reception. I am on TMobile 5G home service using C660 gateway. The south side of my house, which faces toward the cell towers, does not have a useful window for me to put the gateway. The least bad place I found was a high spot in my living room, and the download speeds were okay, but the upload speeds were atrocious. Here are three speed scenarios. The first is the default of the gateway in the living room. The second was to put the modem outside near where I mounted the antenna. The third is the antenna. Scenario 1 - Gateway in living room, not near a window 322 Mbps download, 4 Mbps upload LTE received signal strength: poor Signal Received Quality: 5G good, LTE excellent, Signal Received Power: 5G poor, LTE poor Interference to Noise: 5G poor, LTE poor Scenario 2 - Gateway outside 500 Mbps download, 41 Mbps upload LTE received signal strength: good Signal Received Quality: 5G excellent, LTE excellent, Signal Received Power: 5G poor, LTE poor Interference to Noise: 5G excellent, LTE good Scenario 3 - Antenna 581 Mbps download, 69 Mbps upload LTE received signal strength: good Signal Received Quality: 5G excellent, LTE excellent, Signal Received Power: 5G good, LTE good Interference to Noise: 5G excellent, LTE good So, gateway in a bad place is bad. Gateway in a good place is much better, but even in my best case scenario, the Waveform had 10+% faster download and 50+% faster upload speeds. Some tips for folks who are installing this: - I attached the mount to a roof soffit. The provided anchors didn't work well because there wasn't enough wood for them to really "bite" into. Toggle bolts worked much better for me - When joining cable ends together, make sure to use the 8 mm wrench to tighten the connection before sliding the waterproof boots over. The boots take enough force that they can undo hand-tightened connections. If you see your benchmarks drop all of a sudden, this may be the cause (it happened to me) - Buy the window entry cable, even if you are not going to run the cable through a window. I spent a day or so piloting the antenna in different places around my house, and the window adapter can also be used to run the cable under a door (so you don't have to leave the door open while testing) - All of the cables have 1-4 labels, which is good, but they are not color coded or anything like that, so you really have to look carefully when connecting things - The well insulated cables do not flex a lot, even the ends that go into your gateway/modem. With TMobile's C660, the wires mount pointing up, so you will need to find your stand if you are not using already, and you will have to apply some gentle but firm force to get the cables positioned

I don't have many Internet options in my rural setting--traditional satellite is expensive and slow, starlink's app told me I was not a good candidate for their service, so I decided to try T-Mobile. It performed ok, but I knew there was a stronger signal available outside, but how to get it? I am no tech wizard, but after some searching I found the NaterTater YouTube page (highly recommend his videos) and he keyed me onto the waveform quadpro. From his videos, and from waveform themselves, I understood that this would not be a simple plug and play installation, so I was ready for some trial and error; but to me, the effort was well worthwhile. I purchased and installed this antenna in October of 2024. The best part of the installation was that the tech support was very readily available--they helped me throughout the process and followed up to make sure any adjustments I made were resulting in improvement. Truly A+ tech support. As far as performance goes, I was able to get 100mbps/dl speeds once I had my antenna aimed correctly. A massive improvement from 10-20 Mbps that I was getting prior using the external antenna. Now that it's spring, I noticed some decline in speed, but I attribute that to increased foliage, and likely many more users in the area using the same tower. Still, I decided to contacted the support team again and they were quick to once again answer questions and provide guidance. I am back up to about 30 Mbps/d and able to stream video with few issues. Update: after experiencing some slower speeds, I ended up moving my antenna to a different side of my house and have once again achieved consistently fast speeds, avg. Of 50 Mbps/down, peaking above 100 Mbps. Uploads around 5 Mbps. Huge improvement and the folks at waveform provided helpful tips and insight into what might be going on. If you are living rurally and struggling with your Internet connection, I highly recommend looking into using one of the waveform antennas. There is some work involved in the installation, but the support they provide is top notch, and it's truly a game changer once you get it all setup.

I live in an area with awful internet signals (cable is really not much better. I've tried so many. AT&T Verizon, and others) I use T-mobile now but my home is surrounded by tall dense trees and the signal was around 80mbps on a good day, but much of the time 10mbps or less. With the best gateway positioning I could find too, and all too often the signal was lost altogether for 40 minutes at a time. Now..... I am getting up to 200mbps, sometimes more, rarely less than 80mbps with only short and very occasional drop outs when there is deep fog, very stormy/cloudy weather etc... but never for very long. Usually, streamed movies will simply have buffered and there is no interruption. For here, that is astonishing. A beautifully made antenna and the cabling is really good for external use. I think lighter cabling inside could have been a good option (particularly from the gateway to the cabling if one needs to use the pigtail connections), so one might need to think how best to place the gateway without having long lengths of very heavy white cabling indoors. Still 5 stars because.... this product and the customer service provided is excellent. The site map sent was spot on for best reception!

The location is very rural and T-Mobile Home Internet was the only practical option. Fiber internet is still several years away. The Sagecomm modem provided marginal service so the Waveform antenna sounded like the solution. Ordered the full kit with cables and all. Just opening the box started the "I'm impressed" thoughts. The equipment was well packaged and the equipment was well through out. Even more impressive was that the kit include the hand tools to tighten the bolts, etc. included. The tools weren't your cheap stamped metal "tools" found in many kits. these were real tools that will find a forever home in my tool box. The kit included very detailed instructions that were well written and include useful illustrations. On the front page was a number for you to text with the installation address. You will get a virtual site survey that recomments where to point the antenna based on the towers available. It took about 24 hours to get the survey back so don't start without it. The TMHI Sagecomm modem requires disassembly in order to install the pigtails that connect to the antenna. The web site link provides very detailed instructions that were very detailed and helpful. The most difficult part was connecting the pigtails they are very small and in a tight space. A pair of forceps were most helpful. I had problems with one of the pigtails. Had to abort the install until Amazon delivered a new set. The new pigtails went on smoothly (second time around). I propped the antenna on a step latter to test very positions based on the site survey. Found a position in a few minutes that resulted in a SpeedTest.net speed of 100+ Mbps. Success. While entire kit pretty pricey, the results and the quality of the various components, made it well worth the price.

I’ve had the Waveform QuadPro 4x4 MIMO antenna installed for about 17 days now, and while my overall project didn't end with the result I hoped for, the product itself is excellent. The quality of the kit is impressive, and unlike many other sets I've purchased, they actually included high-quality tools that were genuinely useful throughout the setup process. Every single component I could possibly need was right there in the box, and the instruction manual was easily one of the best I have seen in a long time—it made the entire installation process very straightforward. The customer service team was also awesome and truly helpful when I reached out (even over text). Unfortunately, the 5G home internet connection didn't end up working out for my specific location, but I want to be clear that this was entirely due to issues with the T-Mobile network coverage in my area. Signal strength and stability with this antenna was great. The failure of the internet service had nothing to do with the antenna’s performance or build quality. Despite the service not working out, I have nothing but good things to say about the hardware and the company behind it. Great compatibility even included some more diy connection options.

I purchased the Waveform QuadPro 4×4 MIMO antenna to improve our AT&T Internet Air connection, and the results have been nothing short of excellent. Before installing the QuadPro, our speeds were inconsistent—especially on upload—and signal quality fluctuated depending on time of day and network conditions. After installing the QuadPro (mounted outdoors and properly aimed), we saw immediate and measurable improvements: - Download speeds doubled, now consistently around 250 Mbps - Upload speeds increased dramatically, very consistently tripling compared to before - We now see 17–22 Mbps upload on a regular basis - Signal quality (SINR) and overall stability improved noticeably - Far fewer drops, less band switching, and much more reliable performance under load This wasn’t just a speed test win—the connection feels better in everyday use. Video calls are stable, uploads no longer stall, and performance is consistent throughout the day. The build quality is excellent, the documentation is clear, and the antenna does exactly what it’s designed to do: improve both signal strength and signal quality, which is especially critical for 5G and fixed wireless setups. If you’re on cellular internet and serious about performance—especially upload stability—the QuadPro is absolutely worth it. This was one of the most impactful upgrades we’ve made to our home network. Highly recommended.

I had to return this because it was no help in boosting our signal. We live in a very rural area, adn even these boosters could not overcome the tree obstructions. There are almost no internet providers here, and the ones we have are quite inadquate. My download speeds were (seriously) about 2 mbps, and upload was about 1/3 of that. Using this booster gave me maaaaybe 10% improvement. I will say that the customer service people were OUTSTANDING. I called them multiple times, and never once did I get the sense that they were busy, or annoyed. One woman spent almost an hour on the phone with me, trying to help me get a better signal. It wasn't for lack of trying that it didn't work.
