There are reviews talking about how the water tank is too small and the battery doesn't last long enough. I gave this a shot anyway and I am glad that I did. I suffer from periodontitis caused by neglect from my parents when I was a child. It has been a constant struggle in my adult life to manage the damage and keep it from getting worse. Every three months I am back in the dentist chair to assess and maintain. Rigorous brushing, flossing, and rinsing only kept me between sometimes being the same and sliding slowly into a little worse. After adding this device to my morning and evening before brushing, I am between maintaining and improving in some areas. That's really all the evidence I need that this device is worth every penny. I can clean the bottom teeth on one fill of the tank and the top on another. It cleans well enough on the highest setting to keep my periodontitis in check. The only tricky bit is you need to keep it in some kind of basin if using it at the sink. Otherwise it will leak a bunch of water left in the line when you set it down after using it. ... show more
