What a work out!!! These are sturdy and lightweight yet give you just enough resistance in the water for a great work out. Fill it with sand or water and you can work out on the beach or pool deck too! Love them!

I thought these would be heavier when filled with water, but they do not equal the foam hand weights. I have typically purchased for pool exercise. They do not give me the resistance. I am accustomed to. They would be great for somebody just out of surgery and starting water therapy, the concept is fantastic as they are very light they hold the water. I should of known that resistance equip for pool is better than these fill up style hand weights. These work best w no water and just having them empty. They are harder and better for workout. Also, of note is when sealed, they leak and also take in water, depending on whether u have them filled or not. Im also curious as I live in 115 degree summer weather, if they will be resistant to that outside. ... show more
