This is a beautiful resin fountain. The setup is quite simple, and the operation is without problems. It balances extremely well, feels very sturdy, I am confident it will not be inadvertently knocked over. It is entertaining that our cats now drink from it like a drinking fountain. Even our Pug jumps up and drinks from the bottom basin now. This leads to quite a few refills, but the fountain hasn't moved or fallen over. The lights are bright, but have a very nice effect. The drawback is that if the fountain is in an area you walk past, you get bright LED lights shining in your face if you look at the fountain. Our is in a corner which no one walks past, so the lights don't bother us. The only complaint I have, and the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars, is that the waterfall sound is quite loud, distractingly loud at times. The drop could have been offset or staggered slightly better to break up the flow to a shorter fall, reducing the splashing noise. The waterfall sound can easily be heard in the surrounding rooms. We put a couple small rocks from our yard in the basins, to break up the water impact, and it dramatically reduced the splashing sounds. ... show more

I really liked the look and the sound that this waterfall made! Easy to set up. I wished it was bigger but the price is according to size. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the fact that it stopped working, and later fell over because all the water had leaked out/through and it wasn’t as heavy. The fall cracked it but the return window is closed so I guess get the 3 year protection plan if you purchase one of these waterfalls… ... show more

This fountain is constantly leaking from them bottom. I poured water and started watching for couple 5 mins and it seemed okay. Within 2 hours it was empty with just a little in each groove. It leaked every where and the water ran down put short in my diffuser and my Mac book was off to the side, they was plugged in with water spraying out of the side cause of leak on bottom. Amazon saying send back get your 97.00. this company owes me new Apple Mac book air 15 or $1800. My lap top know where near your spraying as fountain. Plus a 70 dollar diffuser. ... show more
