Description

Comfort at Your Fingertips, Charm in Every Routine CozyCharm adheres to "Warm Life, Good Products at Affordable Prices", focusing on practical, cost-effective products. We believe good home goods should be accessible, so we control quality strictly, cut redundant premiums, and make durable, affordable products to bring convenience to daily life. Can the pump be used with 2- to 5-gallon water jugs? Why does it wobble or fall off? Yes. It fits most 2- to 5-gallon jugs. Keep the bottle cap on during installation. If the cap is missing or damaged, use a reusable silicone cap with a center hole to keep the pump secure and stable. Why can’t the pump be charged? What type of charger should I use? Please use a certified, safety-compliant USB power adapter that supports 5V/1A or 5V/2A output. Do not use incompatible fast chargers or adapters with higher voltage, as they may damage the product. Keep the charging port dry. Do the indicator lights change? How do I know when the pump is fully charged? The number of lights does not change. Blue indicates normal operation, red indicates charging, and blue indicates the battery is fully charged after charging is complete. Do I need to clean the pump and silicone hose before first use? Yes. Rinse the silicone hose and run clean drinking water through the pump briefly before first use. Do not immerse the pump body or charging port in water. Clean the silicone hose regularly. Does the pump make noise while dispensing water? The pump runs quietly during normal use. Always make sure there is water in the jug. Its dual-pump system may sound louder when running dry, and prolonged dry running may damage the pump.

Convenient, Easy to Use & It Works Great!
Color: Black

I absolutely love my Cozy Charm 5 Gallon Water Pump! It makes getting water from those heavy 5-gallon bottles so much easier and more convenient. The pump is simple to set up, easy to use, and dispenses water quickly without making a mess. One of my favorite things is not having to lift or tilt a heavy water bottle anymore. It’s perfect for my home and makes filling cups, bottles, and containers effortless. The design is convenient, and it has been a great addition to my kitchen. If you’re looking for an easy and convenient way to dispense water from a 5-gallon bottle, I definitely recommend the Cozy Charm Water Pump! ... show more

6 months, works great.
Color: Gray
This is a good piece of camping kit. It works flawlessly so far, and has only needed one charge to date after several hours of use (which takes a couple months or so when used camping). One tap and it pours a short burst. Press and hold a second or so, and it turns on till you press again. Nice. Very easy to use and installed in a plywood counter with a 2 1/4” hole saw. I cut a little slot from the hole, out to the countertop edge - so I could pop it off when needed without having to pull the hose from the water container every time (not too hygienic). Not a game changer - so overused in camping descriptions, but very helpful and cost effective. ... show more

An absolute must-have for camp setup!
Color: Black
Super versatile, reliable, and makes camping so much easier! I took this on our recent camping trip, and it quickly became the most useful piece of gear at our site. Having quick, easy access to water makes camp chores so much less of a hassle. Camp Kitchen MVP: Perfect for rinsing off prep knives, pots, and washing dishes right at the site without making a massive mess. Cooking & Drinking: Super convenient for filling up cooking pots for dinner or topping off water bottles and camp mugs for fresh drinking water. Handwashing Station: Makes it easy for everyone to wash up before meals and after setting up camp—no more constant trips back and forth to the park spigot. It made our entire trip run smoother and kept our campsite organized. I won't go camping without it now—10/10 recommend! ... show more

Does great, just as I expected!
Color: Dark Green
To be honest, I was looking for a cheap but yet effective alternative than buying another manual water pump and I think I found one. It does get the job done with a full single charge. I have been using it consistently during the first two weeks of purchase and so far it has not disappointed. I have yet to notice any issues with water flow indicating low battery on the third week. The battery does awesome with a single full charge. I will admit there will be a slight taste of rubber coming from the hose but not enough to bother me. It has two strong streams when dispensing water and has a preset timer of 1 minute which is enough to fill up 1 liter of water. The unit is very light, the color green looks really great. Feels like the unit is made of mostly plastic, and for installation is very simple. Would recommend! ... show more

Actually powerful USB water pump
Color: Black
I have been pretty over-invested in this industry for a few years, and my family and I have gone through 5 or 6 of these water pumps from different companies. This one is, by far, the best one, for the following reasons. 1. It puts out a SOLID stream of water and is actually powerful. Others claim to be, but are just not. This thing fills my morning coffee water needs in about 6 seconds, vs. around 12-15 for my previous water pumps. 2.) There's no additional metal or plastic piece on the front that the water comes out of. I GUESS this could be a downside if someone likes being able to fill a jug or a pot at a distance of 5 inches from the pump itself, but more often than not we'd find that this piece would come off, or get lost, or we'd hit the pump with a cabinet we were opening and the front "spout" part would come off, or it wouldn't be pushed in far enough to the pump and water would come out the front, etc... lots of downsides with a separate attachment piece that this one doesn't have. 3.) USB-C. Super nice for charging speed. Lots of the other ones on here are still using old school USB. Can't talk about longevity as we've only had it for like a week, but already it's far superior to the ones we've bought in the past. ... show more

Powerful and easy to use
Color: Beige
This pump is super convenient and easy to use. From installation, to using, to charging, everything is a breeze! It fits great on my 5-gallon water jugs and is compact so it doesn't add a bunch of bulk. The USB-C charging port is nice instead of an outdated micro-USB or proprietary cable and it charges quickly and the battery lasts a long time. The flow rate will decrease a little when the battery is running out of juice but that's a helpful indicator that it's due for a charge and once it's fully charged again, its stream is fast and powerful. ... show more

Its good.
Color: Black
Lasted only 7 months. Has been recharged a total of 4 times. I tried to fill a 1 gallon jug and the dispenser shuts off half way. This is after a full recharge. I have to give this 1 star. The stream of water that comes out is powerful. I would of gave it 4 stars. Update 09/02/2026: I think it is built to shut off after a certain period of time. I'm giving it 4 stars. ... show more
