Description

Why isn't my ice maker producing ice? Make sure the Ice button is turned on, the unit has enough water, and the ice basket is properly installed. If the machine still doesn't produce ice after about 30 minutes, please contact the ecozy support team for assistance. Why isn't the machine dispensing hot water? Make sure the Heating function is turned on. The heating indicator will change from white to green when the water reaches the proper temperature. Please allow about 15 minutes before dispensing hot water. Why isn't the machine dispensing water? Make sure the unit is plugged in, powered on, and has enough water. To dispense hot water, press the Child Lock button first, then the Hot Water button. If the issue persists, please contact the ecozy support team.

So far so good. We have a water cooler and a countertop ice maker. This combines the 2. It makes ice just as fast as the countertop one. It is a bit quieter than our countertop icemaker. There is a rubber pad that the ice falls onto and it doesn't make as much noise as the countertop version due to that. It keeps the water cold and makes hot water. You can run both at the same time. However, you cannot do hot water and make ice at the same time, which is fine with me. It is nice to have to constantly fill it up with water like the countertop requires. You do have to empty the ice of course or it will melt. A nice touch is silver cooling tubes that go into the tank that draws the water for the ice making. It cools the water before it makes the ice. I don't have anything bad to say about it as it does what I wanted, make ice and dispense cold water. The top opens up to easily remove the ice. It does have a self cleaning cycle which I didn't see on other models similarly priced. We ran that first time and it seemed to clean the lines. There are 2 drains for the different tanks. There is a light that can be toggled by holding the child lock button for 3 seconds, but the light also turns on when you dispense water and shuts off when its done dispensing. Unlike my other other cooler, the water dispenses until you press the button again so you don't have to hold the button. It will dispense for 2 mins until it auto shuts off. Thats quite a long time to be dispensing water, but I like the fact you don't have to hold the button the whole time. Only had this about 2 weeks but so far it is definitely worth it! ... show more

Love this! Love the cool water, hot water and ice all in one. No leakage, very quiet. Very easy to use. Taste great. I think the value of all in one is worth it. Great value.

Do not order this item. My product came covered in some type of grease or plastic oil. When I cleaned the machine and tried using it the water smelled like plastic. Got sick from using the machine. Then when I tried sanding the machine back with Ecozy shipping label I paid over a 200 dollar fee with no return. So overall horrible experience DO NOT BUY ... show more

Excellent! Love the ice making feature. The only down side is, if the ice isn't used it melts. the cooler doesn't keep it frozen but it does make the ice fairly fast. Like the night light feature.
