It’s a nice microwave. Easy to use. Functional. Smaller size. Color is good. We got this as a back up microwave when our main ones break, until we get another big one. Usually you have to wait a few days when you order stuff. And that’s not an option to wait. So we got this one. We ended up using it several times for breakfast, lunch and dinner to heat up food and water. So I feel we got our money’s worth already. It works! But we just want bigger microwaves in our house to use on a regular basis everyday. Something 1000 watts or more. We got 1200 watts this time and we’re trying a combination microwave/oven/air fryer. Great for the price.

It took us a while to figure out that it is programmed for turn off after 3 seconds but other than that it is good microwave.

We’re very happy with this microwave. It looks clean and modern, has plenty of space inside, and is easy to use. I also really like having the vent fan and light underneath. It works great and looks beautiful in our kitchen.

It’s a really nice small compact microwave but keep in mind that it has a lock on it so when you first use it, you have to press the unlock button before you can open it. Unfortunately, I broke mine trying to get it open because I didn’t know that there was an automatic block when you put your food in the microwave all in all it’s still a good microwave but reading is fundamental lol but I wish it was in the description. ... show more

Worst ever - door locks your food inside

this is THE worst microwave. I bought this thinking it looks nice and even paid a premium to not get the cheapest available appliance. The door has some type of locking mechanism that locks when your food is done and you can't get stuff out. I kept a manual right next to it so people could look at the hold this button, while pressing that button that was supposed to work, but didn't. When it happened to me, I finally unplugged it and the door eventually opened. I should have returned the thing immediately. Now It just happened to some of my guests and literally they had to call me for an SOS to get their dinner out. I took the microwave outside and PRIED open the door with a screwdriver. It appears as if the mechanical mechanism that should open it isn't working any longer. I would return this piece of junk but Amazon says I'm 6 days after the return period so I'm stuck with a microwave that perhaps you need to be a NASA scientist to figure out how to open. Earth to mars - please open my microwave. Pretty please...??? ... show more
