I lost my last drink holder so this was a great replacement. It's made of nice, durable material that looks like it will withstand the constant vibration or bumps in the road. It's lightweight and flexible so it can accommodate anything from a can of soda to a 1L bottle. Regardless of the size of the drink, it holds it securely over most street terrain. I cannot vouch for how it handles a pothole, because I cannot handle potholes myself. Installation is easy with only two screws to attach it to the body. The only negative thing I have to say about it is that there were no instructions in English. Which, meh, if you can't figure out 2 screws, you might need more than just English language instructions. I thought that the QR code would be of some help, but the code is for a different part not this holder. All in all, this is a pretty good value for the price. ... show more

  • Good fit for 20oz container
When I choose a bicycle water bottle holder (or “cage”), things I consider includes, but is not limited to, material built from, size of my water bottle, grip strength, loading style, and overall weight. Build & Material: This cage is made from durable plastic with a matte black finish. Plastic has its advantages—it’s lightweight and cost-effective, making it a good option for casual riders. However, there are trade-offs. Over time, the color may fade with sun exposure, it’s not as durable as metal, and the grip cannot be adjusted by bending the cage like you can with some metal designs. Design & Fit: The cage is a single solid piece and is designed to fit standard water bottles only. It is not adjustable and won’t accommodate bulkier items like travel mugs or Bluetooth speakers. It’s a top-loading design, meaning you slide the bottle down into the cage, and the sides apply pressure to hold it in place. Installation: The cage comes with all necessary mounting hardware (two bolts, washers, and an Allen wrench). The mounting holes aligned perfectly with those on both my mountain bike and road bike. Installation was quick and easy—about 5 minutes total. The mounting slots allow for some vertical adjustment; I chose to mount mine as low as possible. Performance Testing: I tested the cage on a 10-mile ride over both paved and rough terrain using different bottle sizes: 16.9 oz bottle: Easy to insert, but the fit was too loose. The bottle wobbled, rotated, and could be removed with almost no resistance. I wouldn’t trust it to stay secure on rough rides. 20 oz bottle: Much better fit. The bottle was snug, stable, and required effort to remove. No wobbling or rotation—this size felt secure even on rough terrain. Also, I did have to reposition my hand pump for the bottle to fit. 100 ml container: Did not fit properly. While it sat in the base, the top contacted the bike’s top tube, preventing proper use. Another aspect to consider is ease of getting your container in and out of the cage while riding (this takes practice). This worked with the 20 oz bottle. Pros: Lightweight and affordable Easy to install Smooth insertion/removal with the right bottle size Secure hold with properly sized bottles (around 20 oz) Cons: Limited to standard bottle sizes; no adjustability Grip is inconsistent with smaller bottles Plastic may fade and show wear over time No integrated mounting option for accessories like a multi-tool In my case, I had to reposition my pump Overall: This is a simple, budget-friendly bottle cage that performs well with the right size bottle. If you’re using a standard 20 oz cycling bottle, it holds securely even on rough terrain. Just be aware of its limitations in adjustability and long-term durability. ... show more

  • Highly recommend! Highly recommend!
This is perfect! It secures a normal size water bottle tightly, even when bumpy and it’s easy to get the bottle in and out to take a drink. Great value for the Ninebot scooters! I use mine a lot in the summer and always need water, so this will be handy.

  • Sturdy and seems durable
This is one of those small add-ons that ends up being more useful than you expect. It mounts cleanly to the scooter and gives you a secure place to carry a bottle instead of trying to stash one in a backpack or hold it while riding. What I like is how clean the setup is. It’s low profile and feels like it belongs on the scooter rather than looking like a generic clamp-on attachment. Once installed, it stays out of the way and doesn’t interfere with riding or folding the scooter. The hold itself is secure for normal water bottles (meaning cycling bottles). I didn’t have issues with bottles bouncing out on regular rides, and it’s easy to grab and put back while stopped. The lightweight design is a plus too. It doesn’t add any noticeable weight or bulk. This isn’t meant to be a universal, adjustable holder for every bottle size. It works best with standard bottles, and that’s really what it’s designed for. If you’re trying to hold oversized bottles or cups, it’s not the right tool. Overall, it’s a clean, simple upgrade that makes riding more convenient. If you use your scooter regularly, having a dedicated place for a water bottle is a nice quality of life improvement. ... show more

  • Segway brand water bottle holder, lightweight and easy to install
This water bottle is Segway brand, not a knockoff brand. It's made from high-quality black plastic with the Segway logo printed across one of the arms. It can hold standard plastic disposable water bottles as well as smaller diameter reuseable water bottles; the arms expand slightly to accommodate different diameters. There is a small hook piece at the bottom that keeps the water bottle from sliding downwards, but really small diameter bottles may slip through. Installation was quick and simple on my Max G3; remove the two lowest screws on the handlebar stem and replace with the two silver screws included in the kit. A hex wrench is included that allows removal of the old screws and insertion of the new ones. You *could* reuse the old black screws as there are enough threads to provide a solid hold, but the new screws are slightly longer to account for the thickness of the bottle holder. It took less than 5 minutes to install. The price is a tad high, but that's to be expected since it is Segway branded. The material and construction are top notch, and this should last many years with normal use. ... show more
