This is the best little coffee machine I have ever owned. It’s my new favorite and wish I would have heard of it sooner. It makes every kind of coffee pod/cup/real coffee also. It uses different slide in adapters that fit the different style pods or cups and such and they are made very nice and durable and easy to keep clean. There are 4 different ones to cover all the style of pods/cups etc… Also you can adjust the temp of the hot water to 3 different levels which is so nice for different kinds of coffee drinks you are making or if you just prefer your coffee hotter or not so hot. Really am just so impressed and have told everyone I know about it already. I have been using it for a few months now and works like a champ no issues at all. I actually think because of the different adapters for the different pods and how they work and how easy they are to keep clean the coffee you make actually taste better and I can tell the difference in the taste of the different coffees I make now like I never could before using these kinds of kcup/Nespresso style machines. So I can say so much more about it but most importantly is I am a real person writing this and I have owned so many different machines. Now from every brand and I never heard of this brand but it is my new favorite by far. If you are trying to decide and like me like coffee a lot and want to be able to make Nespresso and kcup and and even more all in one machine then I would definitely recommend this and since I have used it for long enough now to know it works good after using everyday for months I can’t recommend it enough.

Great machine! Bought for the office. We have tried all adapters and it has worked great. We are a small team but we have have very different likes and interests. Some love coffee, some don’t and prefer tea or hot chocolate. So this addresses everyone’s preference. Also, we thought there was a missing part and the service team responded promptly. Great service too!

I bought this to use with Nescafe Dolce Gusto pods which this coffee maker is meant to be compatible. Whilst technically the pods do fit, this coffee maker does not produce “crema” which is the main feature of this pod. I cannot comment on how compatible it is with other pods. I returned it and was very disappointed.

We are enjoying our new coffee maker. We have been using kcups but plan on getting some nespresso original pods. We did 2 things to make this coffee maker work for us. 1. We found a cookie tin that was rectangular and the size of the coffee maker to raise it up to accommodate our coffee mugs. 2. We keep a pitcher of water by the coffee maker for refilling, because we drink large amounts of coffee. I didn't really care for all the work you have to do to use grounds and I wish I could use kcup paper filters to make using grounds easier. This has a setting to increase the temperature of the water, if you find it is not hot enough for you. Press and hold both the middle button and the large cup button for about 5 seconds and then press small cup for lower tempature, middle button for medium tempature or large cup to increase tempature -It will be very hot. It was too hot for me. I was able to get the coffee maker on sale, which i was glad for. It seems to be a well made piece of equipment.
