This Zeon XD Winch has been redesigned and retooled for ultimate performance, with refreshed Zeon aesthetic, full waterproof sealing, and an industry leading warranty. The 3 stage planetary geartrain is quieter and more efficient than ever- the improved efficiency reduces component strain, improving reliability and durability and offers the faster line speed in its class. Features waterproof, dustproof construction with automotive grade O-ring seals- IP68 rated: submerged in 1 meter of water for 25 minutes, then operate for 5 minutes while remaining submerged without intrusion, IP69K rated: direct high pressure (1,450 PSI) hot water (176°F) spray without intrusion. The OEM grade paint and fasteners deliver increased corrosion resistance. There are two control options included in each winch kit: The HUB receiver which allows 100’+ range of wireless control when paired with the WARN HUB app, and the durable, waterproof, wired remote with 12’ lead. Just like ZEON, the convertible control pack can be relocated for low profile installations (two control pack relocation kits available with short or long power cables). We didn’t fix what was broken- two mechanical parts carried over from current ZEON design: aluminum drum and mechanical cone brake. The Zeon XD 12-S winch has a 12,000 pound capacity.
