Simply remove the heating controller and put the throw in the washing machine. Please note that the heated throw needs to be cleaned by machine or hand in water below 30C/86F.
- Safety First & Quality Assurance The quality and safety of the heating blanket are ETL certified, ensuring high standards of performance and safety. The throw features overheat protection and short-circuit protection design, providing you with peace of mind while using the product. To maintain safety, do not stack electric throws, and always remember to turn off the power when leaving the room. Additionally, avoid covering the thermostat with electric blankets when in use.
- How to Use Dryer 1. Preheat the dryer on the low temperature setting for 2 minutes. 2. Place the throw into the dryer and tumble dry for 10 minutes at a low temperature. 3. Remove the throw while it is still damp and gently stretch it to its original size. 4. Drape the heated product over a clothesline or a shower rod, but DO NOT use clothespins! 5. The heated product must be COMPLETELY dry before reconnecting the power plug or control plug.

But all the couls do not heat at the same time on the blanket. I live in Vegas sin city and so the blanket gives me enough heat but in colder places like Japan or the east coast Central America Im not sure this would do the trick. Because the entire blanket does not heat at one time . I think most ne os broken thats why some areas don’t heat up. However. I do like that for a he price the size is right! I also like that the timer on the controller, the timer stays on and doesn’t cit off in the middle of the night another plus! I got the black blanket and Im impressed with the rich color. It doesn’t rub off when I snuggle in light clothing. However, im obsessed with not getting it dirty because im afraid to wash it because I dont want it not to work as only sections of the coils heat up. If I could id return it to see if the next one does the same thing. Overall,?compared to price this is a great blanket but our temperature never gets below 43-40 so it works for me. I flod the blanket in half and rest in the middle heat on top and bottom.

I am so addicted to this heated blanket. I now cannot go anywhere in my house without it, and I am afraid that I am maybe too obsessed LOL. My cat is also in love. I agree with many others who shared that the lowest temp settings are more than enough to heat you up. The blanket is nice and soft. The only downside I have found so far is some minimal shedding, but I assume this will resolve with time. Highly recommend if you are trying to survive the winter as warmly as possible.

The media could not be loaded. This blanket is so soft and is a beautiful red color, but there are a few problems with it already and I honestly wish I had purchased the other blanket I was looking at when I decided on this one. The first problem I noticed is that the heating is inconsistent, the part of the blanket closest to where the cord attaches always gets nice and warm while the rest of the blanket is only partially heated and partially not heated in other parts. The wiring also doesn’t stretch across the entire blanket, so there’s a few inches on both sides that aren’t heated too. I’m used to that with other heated blankets though so that’s not that big of a deal, but the inconsistent heat where the wiring is at is definitely annoying. The second issue I’ve noticed (which is much more frustrating) is that the remote control is malfunctioning already. If I accidentally bump into it, it will turn itself off, and it takes several tries to even get it to click back on, let alone to get it up to full heat. Sometimes when I try to turn it on, it will turn on to low with the first click, but then if I hit the button again to turn it up to medium, it will turn itself back off and I have to try again. It can take a few minutes just to get the remote to cooperate and be able to go to high heat without turning itself back off. As you can see in the video, it took a total of 33 clicks to get the remote to go to high! I just hope it’s not shorting out or something potentially dangerous—for this reason, I won’t trust the 4-hour shutoff and I always unplug it before I go to bed just to be safe. For the look and feel, I like this blanket, but I really don’t like that I’m already having problems with it before the first winter season with it is over. I hoped this was a BIFL purchase but unfortunately, it’s not. Update: my rating has been lowered to one star now since I can no longer get the blanket to reach the high setting anymore whatsoever, even after literally HUNDREDS of clicks on the remote at a time. Haven’t heard a single thing from customer service regarding my defective product either, would’ve been nice to get a replacement or return for the issue. The whole reason I bought this blanket was to use HIGH heat to warm my permanently cold feet up at night. I’d be better off just putting a blanket into the dryer to heat up for 5 minutes than using this now. Thanks for selling me a low quality defective product and not even having the decency to respond to your reviews!

This blanket last less than a year. Bought in February and it is not heating correctly and smells of burning plastic. I don't like the the heading control did not have a timer, and only 3 very basic setting. Blanket does not get very warm. Color is nice.
