We purchased our first wantjoin back in 2012 when we opened one of our coffee shops and we were looking for a different brand, more affordable, and im glad we did, they work great, and very affordable in comparison with other brands, and now that we have a couple of years trying them i can say that the lifetime of expensive brands vs wantjoin is pretty similar! so we will stick with Wantjoin :) we always purchase them with insurance, ( which i recommend to do with every appliance ) is the best way to protect your investment if something goes wrong after manufacturers warranty, and we even had an issue with a blender before manufacturer warranty ended and it was resolved very fast! their customer service is also great, i was happy to see that they backup to their products

I have used a couple different blenders now and I realize no blender is perfect. Our Ninja was awesome but hard to clean due to the blades, and mold grew inside the lid. Our InstantPot Ace Blender was good but started leaking a nasty discharge under the base. I have been using this WantJoin blender for about a month now. It blends very well, and the noise shield definitely helps to hold back the typical loudness of a blender. It’s still loud but not as bad as it would be. We do have to stop it and tamper down the ingredients sometimes but that’s not uncommon for a blender. My biggest issue is the size. The pitcher plus the base together are enormous. I don’t have a pantry to store it in, so it sits on the floor of my kitchen. Finding the perfect blender can be a mind numbing process. This is a good blender for the price. I haven’t found any real problems yet. I will update this review if some major issue developers.

Came with out the shield, and even though I bought it new it seemed repackaged (packing oddities such as two identical manuals and missing pieces). With out the shield, you can knock the blender out of the stand by pushing on the side. This is not quiet (The thing that makes it quiet might be the shield). Amazon told me I couldn't just request the missing part, but I would have to send the whole thing back.
