I am beyond frustrated with this chest freezer! I purchased this freezer less than a month ago, and it has already stopped working completely! I can’t believe all my food thawed out and spoiled. I lost over $200 worth of food – money that I absolutely do not have to throw away! To make matters worse, now I have to waste my time packaging this defective piece of junk and mailing it back to the seller. This is just unacceptable! I expected better quality and reliability. It’s incredibly disappointing that this product failed so quickly, and now I’m left not only with a ruined freezer but also with a huge hole in my budget. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this trash. You’ll save yourself the hassle and heartbreak of dealing with a faulty freezer. I definitely do NOT recommend buying the WANAI Mini Freezer! ***Update: The seller shipped me a new freezer***

Product arrived earlier than expected. Glad I was home, the porch pirates would have been happy. No problem with packaging, no dents as noted by other customers. I hate all the plastic that I still can't take off of the front. No big deal. Working well so far. It's only been 2 weeks but I'm happy. A little smaller than I expected but it holds a good amount. Looks good and fits perfectly. Just what I needed in my apartment. My only concern is defrosting. Hoping it won't be a problem. They should make them frost free. I bought an anti freeze mat so maybe that will work. I'll update if things go south. Overall for the money, it's a good deal.
