This is a great little freezer for my tiny apartment kitchen. It's working great and holds a lot of food. I find it is fairly quiet. I will be able to save my leftovers and not waste food after I had to replace my giant 20 year old refrigerator/freezer with a much smaller one. The delivery person left the freezer at the wrong address and I notified the seller who replied to me quickly and friendly. I am very satisfied with my purchase and looking forward to saving food and money. I recommend.

It's small but I wanted it to be small. Wanted an upright and couldn't find one small enough with a decent amount of space for the price of this little deep freezer. It shipped fast and the box was able to be lifted off the top without even opening the box. The company shipped it this way. That was a small plus and the packing inside the box to prevent dents and all was still in place. I plugged it up and adjusted the bottom feet so it didn't wable on the space where I put it. I turned it on to the 3rd setting and it's been filled up for 3 weeks now and it's full of food. Buy 1 you won't be disappointed. I am very happy with this item.

I read through the reviews and decided to take a chance on ordering this product. So glad i did. Just like many other reviewers mentioned the freezer is a little smaller than what I expected, but it fits my needs perfectly. Also, it is extremely quiet. Sometimes I forget its in the corner because I don't hear it running. I have it set at level 4 and it keeps the food just right. So glad I purchased this little freezer. I HIGHLY recommend it.

This is not a 3.5 cu ft, it is also a lot smaller than the dimensions that are advertised in the listing. It’s more like a 2.0-2.5 cu ft. But I can attest that this is a very quiet freezer which I like. After using it for a few weeks, despite not really opening it, there is still ice build up along the rim. Upon shipping, the box does not have a bottom, it’s hollow which I thought was weird? But maybe that’s how they keep it upright during delivery? The bottom of the fridge also has a black cardboard cover… it’s not removable, the cardboard seems to secure the bottom of the freezer. But it seems a bit hazardous to me, and looks dingy. The cardboard itself had some white build up from transport I’m guessing. I had a few small tiny dents, not really noticeable though. Otherwise, if you’re okay with this small size it’s an okay freezer.

I am glad to make the investment of buying this unit. The reason is because it is smaller than most chest freezers, lightweight for easy moving and I live on the 2nd floor with steps and it was light enough to carry myself. It’s nice to have extra freezer space. Great unit and super quiet.
