Does exactly what it needs to do, but I should have gone with a bigger size. I originally bought it to store frozen meals but I filled it to the top in less than a day of meal prepping. I will admit math is not my strong suit so I wasn't entirely sure how much space 3 cubic feet would give me but in hindsight the bigger size would have better suited my needs. Needless to say this freezer is sturdy, gets cold within 2 hours of being plugged in and can be used on a lower setting as a fridge or high setting for deep freeze. The only noise it makes is a slight click when it turns on but overall not noisy. I'm almost considering buying a second one because it's so compact. I was able to carry it up my front staircase by myself (It only weights 35 lbs empty). As far as efficiency, I have notices my electricity bill go up around 5 dollars from the previous month but I have no evidence that is solely from the freezer.

So far so good. Just got the electric bill for using this for a month and the cost is 17c a day or 1kw hour of energy use per day. The thing rarely goes off so I was starting to wonder what kind of bill was coming and it is surprisingly quiet and incredibly efficient which too many others aren't so I am very pleased so far. It did not arrive in perfect condition and had an 8" dent on the lid but not so noticeable that it had to be returned, tho new products arriving damaged usually irk me bc I try to keep my stuff like new so that was disappointing bc there was no noticeable damage to the box top. There is plastic on the material they use to make it so you can try to take it off or leave it. So far, no signs ice build up has happened yet and I keep it just over #4 on the selector. The unit is full.

I finally broke down and bought this freezer chest to free up a bunch of space in my standard freezer, and to allow for more long-term food storage. As someone who likes to buy in bulk when food items are on sale (getting chicken wings half price or hamburger meat 80% off, for examples), there just absolutely isn't enough space in a standard freezer. This freezer offers 5 cubic feet of storage space (there is a smaller 3.5 cubic feet model available). The interior is an L-shape, rotated 90 degrees. The raised section sits over the motor, so it's an economical use of space. The interior is a stainless steel lining which effectively seals the cold inside the unit. My primary complaint about this design is the lack of options for installable racks/shelving. The freezer comes with one plastic basket that rests just inside the top ridge. The basket can hold a few items, like a loaf of bread and some hamburger patties. The basket can slide across the inner ridge, as long as you haven't filled the freezer with too much food. It features 7 settings adjustable via a dial on the lower front right side of the unit. The smaller numbers equate to the coldest settings. 3-4 on the dial is cold enough to keep everything inside frozen as long as you aren't constantly opening the freezer to add/remove food. I will say the freezer is very quiet, to the point I only notice the low hum when I'm either standing right next to it, or when the unit occasionally cycles off and it makes a brief clicking sound. It seems reasonably energy efficient (as best I can tell, it added between $5-10 to my monthly energy bill). It's a reasonably priced, economically-sized freezer unit that can offer much needed food storage options for the home/apartment/garage or office areas. Just make sure you have a steady power source to plug into.

We bought this for a small area to storage food and so far, we are very happy with it. The price was great, and it fits a lot of things. We have two big turkeys, three ice cream buckets, some frozen vegetables and meats. It comes with wheels and it's easy to move around. It keeps everything frozen and in perfect condition.

Ordered this freezer last week and turned the temperature to 6 for over a week now but the bottle of water will not freeze. I checked all the trouble shoot not working. I tried to contact product support. There’s no phone number. I filled out the contact support card and entered my email but not response. I bought this freezer because I needed a freezer not just a refrigerator. Can anyone help me with a reliable way to contact product support or i would just return by end of this week.
