My little refrigerator came with a few tiny dings on the freezer door, but they don’t really show much. I was surprised, because the packing was excellent and undamaged. I would tell the seller to mark the box with “This Side Up” and arrows, though. I had to unpack it by myself and put it away, so I had to tip it, and if you tip it more than 45 degrees, you should let it sit upright for 24 hours before you plug it in. The color is a little darker than the listing photo, and slightly more teal than aqua (see photo), but it’s really pretty. It has an interior light, which surprised me! It’s nice to be able to see, especially since you don’t want to have the door open longer than necessary. Some people have complained that theirs was loud, but mine isn’t. It buzzes slightly when it is in the cooling cycle, but I wouldn’t say it’s loud, and like anything, once you’re used to it you don’t notice it. I bought mine to use temporarily because my large refrigerator is out and it will take a few weeks to get the part and fix it— I needed something NOW. It’s pretty roomy, and you can reconfigure the shelves somewhat to accommodate your needs. I like the door shelves on this one— it is wide enough to fit a quart of milk, soda bottles, etc. The freezer compartment is quite large, and it’s doing a good job of keeping things frozen. The directions could definitely be better. They are pretty sparse and I would have liked more information. For example— there is an on/off button inside, but it doesn’t shut the refrigerator off, and there is no explanation. Someone in a comment said that it has something to do with humidity. The best feature is the customer service! They really stand behind their products. I had a minor issue and the seller immediately reached out and made it right. Overall, this little refrigerator is beautifully made, configured well for the size, packaged securely, and it it runs great. The color choices are nice, too. I highly recommend it! ... show more

I love the color and the delivery. The last one I had was the same brand only chrome in color. After two years ago would not work except it one number. (4) It would keep the freezer working and the drinks in the fridge very cold, but I couldn’t make it work right at a lower/ higher number. And somehow the back of the fridge kept having ice and water dripping from it. I’m having the same ice problem with this new fridge after one week. I bought a three year warranty, so let’s see what happens. ... show more

Came with a couple of dents in it. This thing also doesn't work well. The freezer is way too cold, the fridge, I can't get that below 42°. It is loud at times. It doesn't defrost, and ice just builds up in the fridge, even though the fridge is like 40 degrees. Update, after I submitted this review, I got a message from the seller offering me a full refund. I thought that was incredibly kind, as I'd purchased some time ago before making the review. As I walked through the process of getting the refund, I was honest and said I no longer had the packaging and reminded them I had ordered it some weeks ago. They just quit talking to me about it at that point. Zero stars is really the best review in this case. They could've made it right and offered to do so and then pulled out of it. ... show more
