This dresser was easy for my sister and I to assemble. The changing pad doesn't fit completely but only hangs off the front a tiny bit. I really like that there is a ledge around the sides and back to keep items from falling off.

For the cost this seems a reasonably good piece of furniture, with some caveats. This was not my first rodeo. I have had some experience with this type of furniture that requires the homeowner assembly. This one was fairly challenging. Counting the miscellaneous hardware, there are over 250 pieces that have to dealt with. There were no parts missing, in fact a few extra screws, dowels, etc. were included. The instructions were okay, not the best, but far from the worst I have seen. Almost entirely diagrams, very little text. The assembly took me just over 4 hours. I did it mostly alone but required my wife's assistance a few times, mostly to support things as larger pieces were joined. I got a bit tired (and frustrated) the first evening and finished on the second day. And remember, I have done this type of assembly a number of times. This will definitely take an inexperienced owner considerably longer and possibly very frustrating. The final result was pretty good. BEFORE YOU START, go to your local hardware store and buy some wood glue. The teaspoon of glue that comes with the parts will not NOT be sufficient, not even close. Bottom line, would I buy it again? Yes I would if I ever needed a piece like this again. I have attached some pics that might be helpful.
