Great dresser for the price. There was a lot of pieces so I hired someone to put it together. The drawers kind of stick when you pull them out, it doesn’t feel super sturdy just very thin material. The drawers are only about 5.5 inches deep. It’s a good height and length. It’s cute. I did not realize it’s technically a baby dresser. Okay. So I'll do pro's and cons for this. Pros: 1. Looks great. 2. Sturdy. 3. Great price. Cons: 1. Pain to put together. It might be easier with more than one person. But alone it will take a bit. 2. Instructions can be confusing. Online video is more helpful. 3. No screw spots when putting on rails. So most of the holes have been predrilled or at least are marked so you know where to put them. However, when putting on the guide rails, there aren't any! You better double check that you have the right rail and that it is lined up where it should be. ... show more

alrighty… so i never leave reviews unless i feel it’s an absolute necessity and after reading the other ones… y'all need this. so i work at ashley homestore and i consider myself to be very knowledgeable when it comes to furniture. but im also very cheap when it comes to furniture- sue me idc. anyways, i love a deal and when i saw this price i figured it’s worth a shot. pros: the piece looks great in our room, simple hardware, easy enough instructions, something for my boyfriend and i to do together, we needed a dresser and we now have one, seems to hold up okay when fully constructed. cons: the instructions are LONG, took us 2 days to get it done in 3 hour shifts, when putting it together the mdf would splinter and mess with the integrity of INDIVIDUAL COMPONENTS, the drawers are not very deep and there’s NO room for error. with all of this being said, this is not a piece you should buy if you are someone who is rough with furniture (slamming drawers, stuffing clothes in past capacity, etc.) if you are someone who takes care of your things, there shouldn’t be a reason as to why NOT to buy it. it’s cute, does the job, holds up okay and for the price, you can hardly beat it. take your time to put it together, don't force any pieces, be gentle with it and this will be one of the best purchases you’ve made. The media could not be loaded. Bought it for my toddlers room, it took like 2+hours to put it together, my husband did but he has experience so it could take more than that. The color is perfect the design, the size, exactly what I was looking for, the drawers don’t open all the way you can see in the video but for me is not a problem. Heavy and sturdy but drawers are little wobbly. If you pull the dresser towards you the drawers will open by itself super easy. ... show more

    • WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER

This was the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life. Storkcraft messed up my order and did not include many pieces of my order in a 6 drawer dresser. I called the customer service to get the pieces replaced and sent to me so I could finish the assembly. The customer rep (CR) first tried to get me to have Amazon fix the situation instead of herself, but I told her all I needed was pieces to finish assembly. She went through an exhaustive phone call where she asked me what pieces I was missing. After telling her, her replay was, I was going to have to write that out and send it to her through email. Finally when I received the email, I asked her how long it would be until I received the pieces, and she told me TWO WEEKS! Imagine a company messing up your order, and then when you call to fix it, they make you fill out a long email with proof of purchase (they should have receipt from my order!) and then telling you that you have to wait two weeks to get your replacement parts! I told her this was not fair, because they messed up the order and I needed the pieces faster - and as I started speaking, she literally interrupted me and started talking over me! Totally rude! I then paused and told her - she was wrong for speaking over me and interrupting me for trying to voice my displeasure and find another way to resolve the situation. And as I spoke, she HUNG UP ON ME! This has been the most UNPROFESSIONAL, terrible customer experience I have ever had. I have a room with pieces of I assembled furniture all on the floor, missing pieces as result, a long email I have to fill out just to get resolution and to top it all off a rude customer service rep who hung up on me after being extremely rude. Phew. This was fairly easy to put together, but so time consuming. There is a lot of small steps that makes the whole process very tedious. I definitely recommend two people for the assembly, but it can be done with one. The instructions are all pictures, no words or explanations. Ours was clearly used or just poorly made. There was a lot of scratches and this filled in, painted over area. Thankfully you can’t see this spot when it’s all put together. The drawers are fairly shallow, so don’t plan on putting any large/tall items in them. Overall, it looks nice and will get the job done. ... show more
