Arrived 9 days earlier than promised. The instructions were thorough and clear. Easy assembly by one 71-year-old man with a manual Phillips screw driver. There was no guessing about which screw went where because the screws were in marked ziplock baggies, labeled to match the instructions. From the packing material and box, I cut 2 sheets of cardboard and two sheets of styrofoam to fit the floor. I made an insulated floor by sandwiching the styrofoam between the cardboard.

Doesn’t hold up AT ALL! the wood isn’t strong wood. And the screws don’t even stay in the wood. They actually cause the word to split. I haven’t had mine long. And it moves when my pup moves in it (the back wall is tongue and grove latching and it’s broken. Nothing holds together. If I could get a refund I would. And I wouldn’t buy this product again nor would I refer someone to buy it.

Received and assembled easily on yesterday. This morning my dog had eaten the whole side where the window off. Unfortunately, my Rottweiler 1 year old destroyed it in 48 hours. It was very cute, but I do not think it's for all large breed dogs. I was offered a full refund, with evidence (pictures and videos) of the amount of time it took for my pup to eat it apart.

Easy to assemble with an only a screwdriver. I put a dog mattress in it and my 55 pound husky now puts herself to bed. She loves her new doghouse and will sometimes go in there during the day just to relax which she’s never done with her old doghouse. I really like the fact the top opens so I can easily take the mattress out to clean and air dry.
