I’m honestly so impressed with this dresser! For the price, the quality exceeded my expectations. It was easy to put together (took me about an hour), and all the pieces were clearly labeled which made the process smooth. The dresser feels sturdy and looks much more expensive than it actually is. Nicely built dresser for a nursery. It was easy for myself (pregnant) and my husband to assemble. Very good quality. Nice size, we use the top as a changing table and we still have room for a basket with necessities at one side. Very pretty dresser. I was a little nervous about getting this seeing some of the reviews that had gone wrong. However, the dresser came early and it looks great! It’s very heavy, so don’t move it inside on your own if you’re pregnant. I was able to put it together within about 3 hours. The pieces were each labeled and instructions were easy to understand. Some of the screws tore through the packaging so I had to decipher which ones to use at certain points, but even then it was easy to figure out. I am really happy with the final outcome and it seems like it’s going to be a great dresser for years to come. I also got the changing table addition and it looks cute and doesn’t seem like it will make a noticeable difference when we take it off to use as a normal dresser. Dresser wasn't hard to assemble and looks nice, and is the perfect size for our nursery, but several pieces had marks and scratches. Also, one of the screw locks broke and there was no spare parts at all. We had an extra from another item we assembled, but when we tried that with a new screw, it broke as well. We concluded that hole in the dresser was defective and causing the screw lock to twist and break. Once the dresser was completely assembled it was tight enough with all the other pieces, so we were not too worried. we are satisfied with the end result, but I would expect a little better quality for the price, and did not want to deal with the return process so we kept it. ... show more

This will be the perfect dresser and changing table for our nursery. We didn't have the budget for a solid wood dresser, but we definitely wanted something that was a step up from Target or Walmart furniture because we will also be using it as a changing table. The parts are mostly mdf, but it looked like a few parts are wood, no particle board. The drawers have support braces with metal brackets to support the drawer bottoms. It definitely feels sturdy. I can't believe I was able to get what I was looking for without spending $300 or more. I didn't have any problems assembling it myself, even at 5 months pregnant (it took me about 2 1/2 hours with the "assistance" of my three year old). It's a little deeper than most low dressers I have found, so I was able to install a changing pad frame/accessory we already had onto the top. It was just the right width to slide a wipes warmer/dispenser next to the changing pad frame. Super pleased with this purchase. =) ... show more

    • Cute, but not well constructed
I really wanted to like this, but there are pockmarks and imperfections on finished surfaces and two of the drawer fronts were cut incorrectly and required chiseling in order to fit. I am not impressed with the quality and would not recommend. Lowering my rating because the dresser wobbles horribly side to side. I was intending to use the top as a changing table for a newborn, but do not feel secure doing so. Quite disappointing. ... show more

I give it a 5 because it is as advertised and functions well. We have it for the guest room. It was easy to put together but a little time consuming. No missing parts or odor.
