This machine more than met my expectations. I absolutely love it! Here's why I love it, it takes up little space, it's extremely stable, weights are very easy and fast to change, everything is of high quality, the directions for assembly are clear and everything was well labeled. But the feature I love the most is the row seat/bar and the fact that it folds up when not in use. This machine makes working out as easy and more fun that I imagined.

For the price it’s better than what I expected, the quality is decent but the paint work leaves something to be desired. The cable is smooth but not as smooth as something from an actual gym. Assembly was easy the accessories it comes with makes it versatile and are of decent quality I would recommend this for your home gym on a budget

This pull down machine is really very well built. package was delivered nicely packed. Instructions and package labeling was nicely done and explained. It works just as expected. If seller can add few videos or instructions showing specific exercises this machine can offer, that will be good addition to details.

Excellent value if you don’t mind some assembly. Some stages of assembly are easier with two people, one to hold things in place while the other tightens things down. This was fine for us, it took a couple hours to assemble but we weren’t in a rush either. Many exercises you can do with this one machine. We also ordered a rowing-specific v-bar and a triceps extension-specific attachment that my son liked better. They are very reasonably priced on Amazon as well. I prefer to do lat pull-downs from a chair and fold the bench up out of the way which is easy to do. Machines is very versatile because of the ability to slide the pulleys up and down to adjust where you are “pulling” from. You can also do seated rows with this machine, which is impressive.
