Packaged in 2-layers of tight cardboard which was nice, but still had a lot of surface marks and dents, so be prepared to plane, or sand, or joint these down to remove those. Couldn't get out to find hobby wood boards during lockdown to finish a wedding arch flower piece. Since I was mailing it across country, I needed something sturdy enough that wouldnt weigh too much. I only wish these boards came in longer lengths than 12 inches, but during lockdown we work with what weve got. Couple straight brackets to connect the two boards to make it long enough and this fit the bill. The florafoam adhered wonderfully to the wood and my flower piece came out great! Boards were great, straight, and smooth. Price with shipping was extremely over priced... do the math and calculate price per board foot and you will probably find a different source!
