I researched and researched over 25 different brands, colors, styles and for my foot needs. My right foot has a bunion and makes it quite difficult to various shoes for standing extremely long hours on cement, tile, hard wood, hard surfaces period. I stand and walk non stop moving for 8 hours in a huge corporate campus kitchen. These insoles are a godsend for my shoes and feet. Out of 8 different bought incerts, insoles to over 7 different types of non skid shoes. These are a winner! I have high arches and have broken 3 toes over a few years at work and these insoles keep me balanced, do not hurt my bunion on my right foot, fit perfectly inside without having to cut them, gives me support and doesn't slide inside the shoes nor make my feet sweat or ache from the very first wearing for over 8 hours. They are decent. I just don’t understand why I can’t have a bit more cushion on the ball of my foot AND an arch support. I ordered the 8-8.5 and it fit perfectly in my size 8 shoes so it was nice to not have to cut it down.

These WalkHero shoe inserts have good, firm arch support and have genuinely helped me get over my plantar fasciitis. I wear a men’s 9-9.5 and they fit perfectly in my shoes. The high arch design provides real structure and helps with pronation and heel pain. I have been using them daily for a couple of weeks now and can definitely feel the difference. They cushion well without being too soft, and they have held up nicely even though I am over 200 lbs. No breaking down or flattening out so far. They are easy to trim if needed and transfer between shoes without any issues. First thing that's helped with my toes & feet going numb on elliptical! It's not a 100% fix, but it's still a game changer for me. Note that this review is for 2, 1 hour elliptical sessions, not about walking, nor being on my feet all day. These have a hard shell on the bottom that keeps the arch from flattening, so if my foot shifts, the hardness can cause some electricity pulsing on the back end of the ball of my foot, but I can slide my foot accordingly. It's so much less painful than using nothing, or anything else I've tried. Context: I've always had foot pain, my entire life. My toes and feet immediately got numb on an elliptical. I've been trying everything suggested (foot placement, angles, padding, etc) I've tried "Dr. S's" "Extra Support, Arch Support", etc, but they were practically flat, barley an arch, and flattened too much. They felt like nothing. But these you can actually feel in your arch. ... show more

Amazing product! I’ve been suffering from planar faciatis for a while and my doctor suggested I start with shoe inserts, but that there was no need for custom ones. I ended up ordering these last minute before a trip and inserting them into my shoe with no problem. There was no need to adjust or make any cuts to it. It has worked great for me and allowed me to walk long distances with a lot less pain. My foot feels as if it is tilted outward. I could’ve sworn that I did not have flat feet and didn’t need arch support, but the relief with these inserts (that have a slightly rigid arch) proves differently. I will say they lift your feet quite a bit, so if you have shoes that are tight, they’ll feel tighter. I will totally buy another pair. ... show more
