The media could not be loaded. I have been looking at these for almost 9 months now. Every maker, every aspect of every single one of them that have been on amazon.com. This was one of the ones I had on my watchlist and when I got the notification that it was on sale from $435 to $213, I decided to make the leap and I am so glad that I did. First off, BRAVO on quality packaging for shipping. As soon as I realize that they had light wood as the side paneling to protect the item inside, I knew I was going to be pleased. This was protected so well that if it was chucked outside of a FedEx truck, going 95 miles an hour, nothing would’ve broke. Not a single dent, scratch or ding on the actual product itself. This is heavy duty, higher quality particle board. If you’re familiar with particleboard, you know that there’s the cheap kind that flakes easily then there is the higher quality one, and this is that product. Once I had this thing assembled, which took my daughter and I in 30 minutes, I knew I made the right choice. This is so well-made that a tornado could come through the house, and this would still remain standing. Directions were easy to understand and all parts were accounted for and even extras included. Illustrations were idiot proof as well. Fireplace is a 24” insert which works for me. Throws off the right amount of heat. I like that I can have the fireplace on with or without the heat which can be turned on separately with the switch. I wish this came with a remote control but for $213, I am not going to think twice about it. If for some reason you do not like the fireplace that came with this unit, you can swap it out easily for any 24 inch insert that you can find anywhere online including Amazon. Overall, I think this is going to go down as one of the best purchases I’ve ever made here on this app. I am extremely happy with this unit and the fireplace itself. If you were debating whether or not to get this and it is still $213, I am telling you to throw it in your shopping cart and buy it right now. You will not be disappointed! ... show more

OMG seriously the cutest, I've been looking for a while as I am on a limited income, so when this went on sale for 119, I ordered it. It came on time with great packaging, even added a couple of extra slabs so it wouldn't slide around. The directions are pretty easy to follow, but there are a lot of parts. It's easier to put together with two people but one person can do it. I love it order it you will not be disappointed. I bought it for my bedroom, to be able to relax, watch tv, and enjoy the fire place which can be turned on with or with out using heat. Get it you will love it. ... show more

Late review: Bought this TV stand approx 10months ago. Works well then, works well now! - Delivery: Arrived on time. Delivered to my door (2nd floor in apt complex without elevator) so thank you for Amazon's great delivery service. - Assembly: Lots of pieces but nothing was missing & everything was clearly labeled. Instructions included basic schematics of assembly but it could have been clearer. Some steps needed careful examination of pieces and its directionality. Some pieces were definitely heavy and bulky so beware! I would not recc assembling it on your own. Took about 2-2.5hrs for 2 of us to assemble it! - Materials/Quality: Materials are not the most high-end but still very sturdy, not at all wobbly. I chose to write this review 10months in so that I can have a better assessment of its sturdiness. Been holding my 55" TV without any issues. No scratches from my pets or robot vacuum. The electric fireplace working fine then, working fine now. - Electric fireplace: One of the main reasons why I bought this TV stand. Easy aspect of the assembly process. Just plug in and turn on. The design of the flames are a bit artificial looking but I do appreciate that the flames can be on display without the heat. The heating function is on or off, no adjustments on level of heat. The warmth does not radiate far. It is really hot when standing directly in front but I don't feel it much when I'm sitting on the couch a couple of feet away. As previous reviews have mentioned, a remote control, or adjustments on level of heat, or changes in flame display would have been nice but to me, they are not necessary. The media could not be loaded. Take your time setting it up… it took me almost 2 hours but i completely forgot to put the wood glue. Regardless everything seems sturdy, it’s well built. So far im loving the look. And the heat it throws out is amazing for my studio apt

The photo is just for size obviously you cannot see much but that is a 65 inch tv on top of it. I absolutely love this fireplace stand. I’ve had many compliments about it. I’m a single mother and I weigh about 125 pounds. I put this stand together alone in a hour and a half. Yes, that’s how easy it was. But I did make a mistake with the 2 middle pieces. A and b which go with 6 and 7. But I believe it was my fault. It was an easy fix because I was very determined to not let it set me back. Overall I didn’t care and was very happy with the end result. If I could give a critique it would be the middle leg. It’s not the sturdiest and should be thought of when moving the stand. Don’t slide it.. lift and move or you could damage it. I would recommend this stand. The heat from the fireplace box kicks in quickly and is efficient as long as there isn’t any large drafts of cold. ... show more
