The vertical arms are ok, they are a bit too loose for my liking, but does the job. The tv cannot slide off either side, so its ok. The mount plate is solid, so easy to mount. Difficult to ask and ENG if the product was ok....

Easy to install, do invest in a stud finder. It does need to be mounted to the studs. There are enough holes to match up easily for the mounting. Stays put, doesn't wobble on the wall when you walk by.
