These bookshelves are very pretty and definitely has the industrial style. It is exactly as I thought they would be. We are using two as decorative shelves in our church library. They hold mostly paperback books. It is sturdy enough to hold all our paperback books. It comes with a bracket to attach to the wall for safety. We have received many compliments on them. Shoddy quality. MDF shelves covered in wood look contact paper. Corners already dented. Peeling in some spots. Glue smeared all over. Very disappointed. If it was $50 it would be expected. Threaded inserts start to pull out as you are tightening. Will goodwill these shelves and go buy real wood shelves at a brick and mortar store. Too many things are wrong with this bookshelf, which I returned. It was difficult to assemble. I does not stand on carpeting, so beware. It is too heavy and tilts from any weight, so was an accident waiting to happen. Because of these three critical issues, I returned to Amazon and was promptly refunded. Buyer beware! ... show more

I ordered the color Barnwood, and paid more for it. I received the Driftwood color instead and didn't realize it until I put the entire shelf together. Now I am in the position of trying to get the Barnwood shelves since I paid for them and I am really frustrated because if I were to order the item again, it has now gone up $30 more than what I paid for it. As for the item itself, it was easy to put together, but be mindful that the front legs do not have adjustable base if your floor is uneven. It does have a latch to secure it to the wall but it is not long enough and definitely shows. I am very dissatified with the company's customer service and highly disappointed. ... show more

Product itself is amazing. Disappointed with the manufacturer. 1st product arrived damaged...obvious it occurred at factory...was "glued" back together..then packaged for shipment. Amazon did eventually make it right...but it took 3 tries. 2nd one was damaged from manufacturer as well....poor quality control from point of manufacturer. ... show more

Really low quality but it does the job. We didn’t use the anchor because it doesn’t work with our molding. Just know you are getting what you pay for.
