These are the stools! They are sturdy and look much more expensive. My 2.5 year old can climb on them and get off without tipping them over. We did place some felt strips on the bottom right away to avoid scratching our hard wood floors and I like how they are easier to slide now too. I really want I give these five stars because they are so beautiful in my house, super comfortable, a great price, and pretty easy to put together, but the base has destroyed my floors. The rubber is super hard and gouged massive scratches in my wood floors. I’ve tried every furniture pad I can think of and it didn’t help. I finally had to put several layers of duck tape on the bottoms to stop the scratching. ... show more

This rating is more for the Customer Service. I ordered two sets of these chairs. Received one true black and one off black/grey colored chairs. You would expect to receive the same colors for the same product. When I put in a replacement for the off black/grey I received ANOTHER grey one. Customer service's solution was to return the chairs and purchase from another seller. The price of these chairs increased $20 more and they were not able to grant me the price I paid for them. RIDICULOUS! So I'm not sure if the packaging is incorrect, product descriptions are incorrect, or the manufacturer who are making these chairs are inconsistent. Either way, not a happy customer. So just keep in mind if you are thinking about purchasing these chairs: 1. Customer service SUCKS. 2. The product may not be the same colors if you are thinking about purchasing multiple sets. On a positive note - The chairs are really comfortable. Light but pretty solid. The true black chairs are really nice and I just was really want a second set to match. These are okay, very full brown color- not like the pictures. One of them is very wobbly, at least 0.5" off on one side. I even tried to trade out the base pieces with each other to see if that would help, but it's just not the right dimension- shorter than all the rest. The WORST part of these stools though is that they are NOWHERE NEAR 26"!! See the attached picture. They're far too low for my kitchen counter which is a standard 35" countertop. False advertising. The top of the seat barely reached 24 inches and your actual sitting height off the floor is just under 22" at the base of the seat. ... show more

Arrived as described. These were easy to assemble, we have had them for about 3 months and have held up well to daily use. They are comfy and sturdy. We put felt pads on the bottom so they slide smoother on the wooden floors.
