*editing later to add, this is not well made at all other than the black chairs. My mother uses this gently several times a week and wow… it started chipping the second week from barely any use. Would not recommend this. Love the look! Chairs are probably the most promising feature. However they did not send enough screws so we had to run out and get our own. Also the bench was missing 2 holes where you’re supposed to hammer a piece in, we made adjustments. Additionally a support triangle piece was just loose in the box and we figured out where it was supposed to go. The three pieces of table top do not align perfectly. Lastly unfortunately the edge of one side of the top of the table is very obviously coming off. We did not notice this until the big reveal when we flipped it over onto the top. It’s evident and it’s also dangerous and I’m sure going to chip shortly. Going to figure out what to do there because it’s not just the look but also the functionality and safety I’m concerned with. All this said, I’m a little worried how this will hold up. And the bench is pretty easy to tip over so if you have kids, just beware of that. May find a way to weigh that down. Chairs are sturdy though. And if you’re considering this beware of their 15% restocking fee if you need to return. Also they’ll make you pay shipping. So, be very cautious. ... show more

Beautiful table set. Seems well made. We put the whole set together in a couple of hours. Lightweight. I can easily move the table alone. Definitely not solid wood but pretty. Negatives: the bench max weight is 350 lbs. (We plan to add an extra brace to support the middle better) The bench is also a little top heavy and wobbly. The legs taper in (see pictures) and I could see kids tipping over without much effort. Overall, it's a beautiful table and works well for our light use dining room. ... show more

A beautiful table! Instructions are excellent and straight forward. The only thing, is that the bench is a little wobbly. But the table and chairs are very solid.
